5,019,829 AMD to “Moonq” Technoschool: “My Forest Armenia” is the October’s Beneficiary

5,019,829 AMD – this is the sum of “The Power of One Dram” initiative for September, which will be fully directed to the advancement of the “Specialization” program of the “Moonq” Technoschool. Established in Artsakh and now continuing its operations in Armenia, the school will enable more than 120 young people in the Lori region to receive professional education in their hometown.
The October beneficiary is “My Forest Armenia” NGO with its unique and symbolic “Symphonic Forest” project.
Tatevik Vardevanyan, Head of the Communication and Social Responsibility Programs Department of IDBank and Idram, notes:
“My Forest Armenia is one of the best partners of “The Power of One Dram” initiative, and thanks to several joint programs, more than 30,000 trees have been planted to date. However, this program is not only environmental but also unique in nature, and naturally, we enthusiastically joined the idea of the ‘Symphonic Forest’ project. I am confident that this initiative will perfectly unite culture, nature, and people — in the person of the supporters of ‘The Power of One Dram’ and our loyal customers, whose every payment via the Idram&IDBank platforms will result in the companies donating one dram each to the “Symphonic Forest” for a month.”
The afforestation idea belongs to the Armenian State Symphony Orchestra, which is celebrating its 20th anniversary. On October 23, the orchestra will hold a symbolic concert dedicated to the founding of the new forest, with IDBank as the general sponsor. By purchasing a ticket, the audience will symbolically plant a tree in the “Symphonic Forest.”

Joint work is the best way to make real changes, and through this initiative, IDBank and Idram are uniting their partners around meaningful goals. Planting forests is a long-term endeavor, and although the country is facing many urgent needs, it is also necessary to think long-term. Forests are vital for life on our planet; they protect water resources and preserve soil quality for future generations.”
To participate in the good deeds of “The Power of One Dram,” all payments should be made via the Idram&IDBank application, the online platforms IDBanking.am and banking.idram.am, as well as through Idram and IDBank terminals. For each payment, the companies will donate one dram to important programs.
