Դրամաշնորհը կամ գրանտը ոմանց համար հարստանալու, ոմանց համար էլ՝ գուցե պարզապես ապրելու միջոց է: Ինչևէ, այդ միջոցները հայթայթելու նպատակով մարդիկ կարող են դիմել տարբեր քայլերի, մինչև անգամ թշնամի պետությունից այդ դրամաշնորհը ստանալու քայլին՝ սեփական ազգին, ազգային շահերին, ազգային արժանապատվությանը և պետության դեմ գործունեություն իրականացնելով: Այս ոլորտում մեծ հաջողություններ գրանցեց «Սիվիլիթաս» հիմնադրամը՝ Երևան հրավիրելով Հայոց Ցեղասպանության կազմակերպիչներից Ջեմալ Փաշայի թոռանը՝ Հասան Ջեմալին: Վերջինս իբրև թե պետք է խոսեր Ցեղասպանության մասին գրած իր գրքի մասին և պատասխաներ հանդիպման մասնակիցների հարցերին: Ի՞նչ եղավ դրա փոխարեն:
Նախ, ոճրագործի թոռը դահլիճում իր խոսքը սկսեց ուղեղալվացման հնարքներ կիրառելով և փորձեց ամեն կերպ հայ հանդիսատեսին սրսկել, որ ազգայնականությունը շատ վատ բան է, թուրքն էլ մեզ թշնամի չէ, և մենք պետք է առերեսվենք մեր անցյալի հետ: Եթե այս ամենը լսեր պատմությանն անտեղյակ մեկը, ապա պատկերացում կկազմեր, որ ժամանակին հայերն ու թուրքերը փոխադարձաբար միմյանց վիրավորել են, սպանել են, կոտորել և այսօր պետք է ընդունեն իրենց սխալները: Եվ այստեղ ջհուդաթուրքական ծագում ունեցող՝ «հանդուրժողականության» 70-ամյա այս ջատագովը հայերին հասցրեց արդեն իսկ ծրագրված հերթական հարվածը՝ «Նեմեսիսի» և «ԱՍԱԼԱ»-ի վրիժառու մարտիկներին անվանելով «ավազակախումբ» և «ավազակներ»:
Կարծում եմ, միջոցառման կազմակերպիչները՝ ի դեմս դահլիճում ոճրագործի թոռան հակահայակական ելույթն ընբոշխնող Վարդան Օսկանյանի և «Սիվիլիթասի» անձնակազմի, չէին կարող չկանխատեսել միջոցառման նման ելքը, նաև չէին կարող չիմանալ հայ ազգի յուրահատուկ վերաբերմունքը «Նեմեսիսի» և «ԱՍԱԼԱ»-ի հերոսների նկատմամբ: Անկախ նրանից, թե ինչ գնահատականեր են տվել հայ վիրժառուների գործողությունների վերաբերյալ տարբեր պետությունները՝ հայերի համար նրանք հերոսներ են, և նման հայտարարությունը հարված էր, որն արվեց, ի դեպ, հենց Երևանի կենտրոնում:
Ես կարծում եմ, կազմակերպիչները շատ լավ էլ կարող էին կանխատեսել նման զարգացում, նույնիսկ պատրաստ էին դրան, քանի որ նրանց կողմից արվեց ամեն ինչ, որպեսզի դահլիճում ներկա հայերը չկարողանան հարց ուղղել ոճրագործի թոռանը և նրանից բացատրություն պահանջել մեր մարտիկներին «ավազակ» անվանելու համար: Թուրքաջհուդի համար «դոշ տալու» հարցում մեծ ներդրում ունեցավ հաղորդավարուհի Մարիա Թիթիզյանը և թարգմանիչը, որը չէր թարգմանում այն հարցերը, որոնք իրենց ձեռնտու չէին: Այս ամենն արվեց արհեստավարժ ձևով, կիրառվեցին լղոզելու հնարքները:
Ի դեպ, շատ ճիշտ էր նկատել թուրքագետ Ռուբեն Մելքոնյանը, որ միջացառումը հովանավորող «Հրանտ Դինք» հիմնադրամն իրականում ոչ թե հայկական, այլ թուրքական հիմնադրամ է, հետևաբար գրանտն էլ թուրքական է: Այս առումով կարելի է շնորհավորել միջոցառման կազմակերպիչներին և գնահատել նրանց տաղանդը, որ կարողանում են գրանտներ ստանալ նույնիսկ թշնամուց՝ թեպետ, ինչպես հասկացա, իրենք չեն ընկալում թուրքին որպես թշնամի:
Ռուբեն Մելքոնյանը, ով նաև ոճրագործի թոռան գրքի թարգմանողն է, նշել էր, որ թարգմանելիս ինքը տողատակերում գրառումներ էր արել՝ նախ հերքելով հեղինակի այն միտքը, թե հայերը 1992-93-ին «գրավել են Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը և օկուպացրել են Ադրբեջանի տարածքների 20 տոկոսը», ապա նաև հերքելով «ԱՍԱԼԱ»-ի ծայրահեղական կազմակերպություն լինելը, ինչպես որ նշել էր հեղինակը: Այս գրառումները նույնպես հանվել էին հիմնադրամի կողմից: Կարծում եմ` մեկնաբանությունների կարիք այլևս չկա:
Ամփոփելով խոսքս՝ ուզում եմ հույս հայտնել, որ մի քանի մարդկանց ապազգային մոտեցումները չեն կարող որևէ կերպ ազդել այս հարցի շուրջ հայ հասարակության ընդհանուր վերաբերմունքի վրա, իսկ ոճրագործի թոռան համար սա կլինի վերջին այցը Հայաստան: Ավելին, ես նույնիսկ հորդորում եմ իշխանություններին և համապատասխան մարմիններին այսուհետ ավելի զգոն լինել և հնարավոր միջոցներով կանխել նման մարդկանց ներթափանցումը մեր երկիր, ինչպես նաև նման միջոցառումների կազմակերպումը:
