Մեքսիկայում ջրհեղեղի հետևանքով առնվազն 28 մարդ Է զոհվել

Մեքսիկայում այս շաբաթ տեղացած տեղատարափ անձրևների հետևանքով առաջացած ջրհեղեղները առնվազն 28 մարդու կյանք են խլել և մեծ ավերածություններ են թողել, հաղորդում է AFP-ն։

Մեքսիկայի քաղաքացիական պաշտպանության մարմինները հայտնել են 32 նահանգներից 31-ում տեղացող ինտենսիվ տեղումների մասին, որոնք հանգեցրել են գետերի վարարման, գյուղերի ջրի տակ անցնելուն, սողանքների, ինչպես նաև ճանապարհների ու կամուրջների փլուզման։ Իդալգոյի կենտրոնական նահանգը եղել է առավել տուժած շրջաններից, որի իշխանությունները հայտնում են առնվազն 16 զոհի, 1000 վնասված տների և փրկարարների համար անհասանելի 90 բնակավայրերի մասին։

Հարևան Պուեբլա նահանգի իշխանությունները հայտնել են, որ այնտեղ զոհվել է առնվազն ինը մարդ, սակայն զոհերի թիվը կարող է աճել, քանի որ էլ ավելի շատ մարդիկ համարվում են անհայտ կորած։ Նահանգային կառավարության տվյալներով՝ միայն Պուեբլայում ծայրահեղ եղանակային պայմաններից տուժել է մոտ 80 000 մարդ։ Ջրհեղեղները երկու մարդու կյանք են խլել արևելյան Վերակրուսում, ևս մեկ անձ զոհվել է երկրի կենտրոնական Քերետարո նահանգում։

«Մենք աշխատում ենք օգնել բնակչությանը, վերաբացել ճանապարհները և վերականգնել էլեկտրաէներգիայի մատակարարումը», - գրել է Մեքսիկայի նախագահ Կլաուդիա Շեյնբաումը «X» սոցիալական ցանցում տեղական պաշտոնյաների և իր կաբինետի անդամների հետ հանդիպումից հետո։

Նա հավելել է, որ փրկարարական աշխատանքներին օգնելու համար ներգրավվել են հազարավոր զինծառայողներ, ինչպես նաև նավակներ, ինքնաթիռներ և ուղղաթիռներ։
