Team Solutions-ը՝ որպես Team ընկերությունների խմբի անդամ, այս տարի ևս մասնակցեց Հայաստանի ամենամեծ տեխնոլոգիական միջոցառմանը՝ հոբելյանական 20-րդ «ԴիջիԹեք»-ին՝ ներկայացնելով իր գլխավոր պրոդուկտը՝ «Զանգեզոր» կոնտակտային կենտրոնի լուծումը։

«Զանգեզորը» այսուհետ հնարավորություն է տալիս մեկ հարթակի միջոցով սպասարկելու հաճախորդներից ստացված զանգերը, էլեկտրոնային նամակներն ու սոցիալական հարթակներից ստացված հաղորդագրությունները, ինչը ավելի արդյունավետ է դարձնում սպասարկման գործընթացը:

«Մեզ համար այս տարին ևս հոբելյանական է, քանի որ մեկ ամսից նշելու ենք մեր գործունեության 5 տարին։ Այս տարիների ընթացքում, հիմնվելով միջազգային լավագույն փորձի վրա և մշտապես կատարելագործելով մեր աշխատանքը, կարողացել ենք «Զանգեզորը» վերածել լիարժեք «օմնի-չանել» հարթակի՝ միավորելով զանգերը, էլեկտրոնային նամակները և սոցիալական մեդիայի հաղորդագրությունները: Համակարգի ճկունությունը հնարավորություն է տալիս «Զանգեզորը» հարմարեցնել ցանկացած ոլորտի ընկերության բիզնես գործընթացներին»,-ասում է Team Solutions ընկերության տնօրեն Տաթևիկ Ավագյանը։

Պրոդուկտը մշակվել է՝ հաշվի առնելով միջազգային կոնտակտային կենտրոնների լավագույն փորձը, ապահովում է այլ համակարգերի հետ ճկուն ինտեգրման հնարավորություն, ինչպես նաև ներառում է նորարարական լուծումներ, ինչպիսիք են AI-ով ղեկավարվող՝ խոսքից տեքստ և տեքստից խոսք վերափոխման գործառույթները։
