Քաղաքագետ Ռուբեն Մեհրաբյանը այսօր լրագրողներին հայտնեց, որ վերջին 2-3 օրերի ընթացքում մեր երկրում տեղի են ունեցել խիստ դատապարտելի երևույթներ, կապված հասարակական և քաղաքական գործիչներին ծեծի ենթարկելու խայտառակ փաստի հետ,- հայտնում է Orer.am-ը: Մեհրաբյանն ասել է, որ տեղի ունեցածը քրեորեն պատժելի է և չի տեղավորվում ոչ մի սկզբունքների մեջ: Նա նաև հույս է հայտնել, որ բոլոր մեղավորները կբացահայտվեն և օրենքի ողջ խստությամբ կպատժվեն:
«Դա քաղաքականության պրակտիկա լինել չի կարող Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում, հակառակ դեպքում մենք պետությունից կվերածվենք ջունգլիի»,- նշել է քաղաքագետը:
Մեհրաբյանը նաև ամփոփեց անցնող տարին, բայց արձանագրեց, որ մինչև տարեվերջ երկու ակտիվ շաբաթ կա: 2014-ը նա գնահատեց բավականին բուռն արտաքին քաղաքականության առումով: Քաղաքագետը վկայակոչեց Բոննի ինստիտուտի զեկույցներից մեկը, որի համաձայն՝ Հայաստանը և Ադրբեջանը մտել են ամենառազմականացված երկրների տասնյակի մեջ: Ըստ Մեհրաբյանի՝ սա տեղի է ունեցել Ռուսաստանի ձեռքով: Բանախոսը պնդում է, որ այս տարի ռազմական, տնտեսական, քաղաքական առումով մի քանի կարգով մեծացել է Հայաստանի կախումը Ռուսատանից: «Հայ-ռուսական հարաբերություններին հայկական կողմից սկսել է տիրել ինտելեկտուալ կոլապսը և կամքի կաթվածը»,- կարծիք է հայտնում պարոն Մեհրաբյանը:
Մեհրաբյանը գտնում է, որ այս բոլոր գործոնները հնարավորություն են տալիս միջամտելու Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի քաղաքականությանը և ներքին գործերին: Քաղաքագետը այդ ազդեցությունը անվանում է խիստ դեստրուկտիվ: Ըստ նրա՝ այն թույլ է տալիս Ռուսաստանին լուծել որոշ մարտավարական հարցեր, սակայն սրա արդյունքում մեզ համար առաջանում է շատ մեծ հարցական նշան, որովհետև այս ամենի վերջը չի երևում:
Ռուբեն Մեհրաբյանը նշում է, որ Հայաստանի տնտեսությունը Ռուսաստանի տնտեսական համակարգի մանրակերտն է և շարունակությունը: Մեհրաբյանը համոզված է, որ այն ճգնաժամային երևույթները, որոնք կան Հայաստանում, դրա, այսպես կոչված, շլեյֆն են: Բարեփոխումների ուղղությամբ մեր իշխանությունների գործողությունները բանախոսը բնորոշեց որպես քաղաքական անպատասխանատվություն, ինչ-որ տեղ նաև քաղաքական անմեղսունակություն:
