էլեկտրամոբիլների ներմուծման համար ԱԱՀ-ից ազատման արտոնությունը երկարաձգվում է ևս մեկ տարով

Կառավարությունը ևս մեկ տարով երկարաձգում է էլեկտրական տրանսպորտային միջոցների համար ավելացված արժեքի հարկից (ԱԱՀ) ազատման գործող արտոնությունը։

«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ կառավարության հոկտեմբերի 16-ի նիստի ժամանակ համապատասխան նախագիծը ներկայացրեց ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Գևորգ Պապոյանը։ 

«Գործող արտոնությունը նախատեսում է, որ մեծ, միջին և փոքր ավտոբուսները, մարդատար մեքենաները, մոտոցիկլետները և մոպեդները, որոնք ունեն էլեկտրական շարժիչ, ազատված են ԱԱՀ-ից մինչև 2026 թվականի հունվարի 1-ը։ Հաշվի առնելով դրական արդյունքները՝ առաջարկվում է ժամկետը երկարաձգել ևս մեկ տարով՝ մինչև 2026 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 31-ը»,-նշեց Պապոյանը։

Նախարարը հիշեցրեց, որ 2019 թվականից գործող արտոնությունը զգալիորեն խթանել է էլեկտրական տրանսպորտային միջոցների ներմուծումը Հայաստան։ Նրա տվյալներով՝ 2023 թվականին ներմուծվել է 9,635 էլեկտրական տրանսպորտային միջոց, ինչը 2022-ի համեմատ աճել է 75 տոկոսով, 2024 թվականին՝ 11,793 միավոր, ինչը 2023-ի համեմատ աճել է 22 տոկոսով, իսկ 2019 թվականի համեմատ աճը կազմել է շուրջ 17,6 անգամ։ 

Բացի այդ, Պապոյանը նշեց, որ Հայաստանը շարունակում է օգտվել նաև Մաքսային միության հանձնաժողովի որոշմամբ սահմանված մաքսատուրքից ազատման քվոտաներից։ Մասնավորապես՝ 2023, 2024 և 2025 թվականների համար նախատեսված է տարեկան 8000 միավոր էլեկտրական մեքենաների ներմուծման քվոտա, որոնց դեպքում մաքսատուրք չի գանձվում։ 

«Այս տարվա սկզբից մինչև հոկտեմբերի 14-ը Հայաստան է ներմուծվել 14,888 էլեկտրական շարժիչով մեքենա, 3 ավտոբուս, ինչպես նաև 2,634 մոտոցիկլետ և մոպեդ, ինչը ևս մեկ անգամ վկայում է արտոնությունների արդյունավետության մասին»,-նշեց նախարարը։
