Էդմոն Մարուքյանն իր տելեգրամյան ալիքում գրում է.

Պատկերացնու՞մ եք, որքան սնանկ են իշխանության ներկայացուցիչների քաղաքական գաղափարները, որ իրենց ամբողջ հռետորաբանությունը փորձում են կառուցել կեղծ երկընտրանքի վրա՝ «բոլորը կաշառակեր են կամ կաշառակերներին պաշտպանող, իսկ մենք՝ կաշառակերության այլընտրանքն ենք», «բոլորը ահաբեկիչ են կամ ահաբեկչությունը պաշտպանող, իսկ մենք՝ դրա այլընտրանքը»։

Հիշեցնեմ՝ երբ կալանավորվեց Բագրատ սրբազանը, ՔՊ-ական պատգամավորները մի քանի ժամվա ընթացքում տասնյակ գրառումներ էին անում սոցիալական ցանցերում, գնում էին բոլոր հնարավոր եթերները և հայտարարում, թե ահաբեկչական խումբ են հայտնաբերել։ Նույն կոնտեքստում մեղադրում էին բոլոր ընդդիմադիր քաղաքական ուժերին՝ ահաբեկչությանը աջակցելու մեջ, «բոլոր ընդդիմադիրները ահաբեկիչ են» գաղափարն էին հրամցնում ժողովրդին։

Այնինչ խոսքը ենթադրյալ հանցագործության մասին էր, որը դեռ պետք է քննվեր, հետևաբար պետք է պաշտպանվեր նաև մեր Սահմանադրությամբ և Եվրոպական կոնվենցիայով սահմանված անմեղության կանխավարկածի սկզբունքը։ Բայց այս ամենը սրիկայաբար մի կողմ դրվեց։

Հետո աղմուկը անցավ, և պարզվեց, որ ձայնագրությունները կեղծված էին։ Ոչ ոք ներողություն չխնդրեց, իսկ գործն էլ դատարաններում դեռ երկար կդեգերի։

Այսպիսով՝ Բագրատ սրբազանի և մյուսների գործը հեռու չէ շինծու ճանաչվելուց, բայց այդ պահին փորձ էր արվում այդ գործը շահարկելով և պրոպագանդայով սևացնել ամբողջ ընդդիմադիր դաշտը։

Երեկ տեղի ունեցավ նկարագրվածին շատ նման երևույթ։ Համացանցում հայտնվեց ձայնագրություն (որը դեռ պետք է քննության առարկա դառնա), ըստ որի, իբր, Գյումրու քաղաքապետ Վարդան Ղուկասյանը կաշառք է պահանջել։ Բնականաբար, Ղուկասյանին ծանուցագիր չի ուղարկվում, դրա փոխարեն կազմակերպվում է մեր օրերում արդեն սովորական դարձած դիմակավորված շոու․ ձերբակալվում են Գյումրու քաղաքապետը և մի խումբ այլ անձինք։

Ու կրկին ՔՊ-ի պատգամավորները՝ խմբակցության ղեկավարով և ԱԺ փոխնախագահով, սկսում են աղաղակել, թե՝ «տեսե՛ք, մեր այլընտրանքը կաշառակերներն են»՝ մարդկանց սրիկա կոչելով, անվանարկելով, սրիկայաբար շահարկելով բոլոր ընդդիմադիր գործիչների անունները։ Ինչպես նախորդ օրինակում բոլորին ահաբեկիչ կամ ահաբեկիչների աջակից էին ներկայացնում, հիմա էլ՝ ըստ իրենց, բոլոր ընդդիմադիրները անխտիր կամ կաշառակերներ են, կամ սատարում են կաշառակերներին։

Սակայն շուտով այս աղմուկն էլ կանցնի, և գուցե պարզվի, որ Ղուկասյանի գործն էլ է «թքով կպցրած» մի բան։ Էականն այստեղ դա չէ, այլ՝ բոլորին մեկ արկղի մեջ տեղավորելու փորձը։

Ամփոփելով՝

Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում իրավապահ մարմինները պետք է լինեն անկախ և գործեն՝ առաջնորդվելով բացառապես օրենքով, ոչ թե ընտրովի՝ քաղաքական քմահաճույքներին համապատասխան։ Մենք վճռական ենք այդ սկզբունքը հաստատելու մեր երկրում։
