Վանաձորի թիվ 8 դպրոցի տնօրեն Կարինե Ստեփանյանի եւ տվյալ դպրոցի նախկին ուսուցչուհի Սուսաննա Սարգսյանի վեճն այն աստիճան է հասունացել, որ դրան խառնվել է անձամբ Լոռու մարզպետ Արթուր Նալբանդյանը:
Պարզվում է, որ մարզպետը բազմիցս է զգուշացրել դպրոցի տնօրենին վերականգնել ուսուցչուհու աշխատանքը, սակայն քանի որ Ստեփանյանը մարզպետի հորդորներն անտեսել է և դատական ակտը չի կատարել, դպրոցը մոտ յոթ միլիոն դրամի վնաս է կրել՝ նախկին ուսուցչուհուն հարկադիր պարապուրդի գումարները վճարելու համար:
Տվյալ պատմությանը վերջ դնելու համար «խելացի» մարզպետը որոշում է ազատել դպրոցի տնօրենին իր պաշտոնից: Սակայն տնօրենին պաշտոնից ազատելուց մարզպետի գլխացավանքները ոչ թե քչացել, այլ ընդհակառակը՝ մի բան էլ շատացել են: Կարինե Ստեփանյանը դիմել է դատարան աշխատանքում վերականգնվելու եւ հարկադիր պարապուրդի գումարները ստանալու պահանջով: Ի դեպ, դատարանը որոշում է կայացրել հօգուտ տնօրենի:
Թե իրականում ինչպե՞ս է ստացվում, որ Լոռու մարզպետը թվերի հետ խաղալով ոչ թե օգուտ է քաղում, այլ մի բան էլ վնասով է դուրս գալիս, Orer.am-ը ճշտեց Արթուր Նալբանդյանից. «Եթե հարցը կապված է թիվ 8 դպորցի հետ, ապա տամ իմ իրավաբանի համարը, զանգեք թող պատասխանի կամ գրավոր ուղարկեք կպատասխանենք: Նման կերպ եմ մոտենում հարցին, որովհետեւ դատական պրոցեսները շարունակվում են ու ես չեմ ցանկանում այդ թեմայով խոսել»:
Մեր այն հարցադրմանը, թե չլինի՞ վախենում եք, որ ձեր իսկ խոսքը ձեր դեմ դուրս կգա դատարանում, մարզպետը նշեց. «Ոչ մեկից վախենալու բան չունեմ, որովհետեւ մենք օրենքի տառից չենք շեղվել եւ առաջնորդվում ենք օրենքով սահմանված կարգով, դրա համար նույնիսկ մտավախություն չունեմ»:
Թե ինչպես է ստացվում, որ Նալբանդյանը, շարժվելով օրենքի տառով, միլիոնների վնաս է կրում, կիմանա միայն նրա փաստաբանը:
Հետեւելով դեպքերի զարգացումներին կարելի է գալ այն եզրահանգմանը, որ այս խմորը դեռ շատ ջուր կքաշի, իսկ «Նաջարյանն» էլ իր իրավաբանների ձեռքը դեռ շատ կկատաղի:
