Հայաստանյայց Առաքելական Սուրբ Եկեղեցու Արագածոտնի թեմի ներքոնշյալ
հոգևորականներս հայտնում ենք, որ ոստիկանության ծառայողների միջոցով երեկ՝ 24.10.2025թ․ տարբեր ժամերի (այդ թվում՝ ուշ երեկոյան, գիշեր) մեզ են փոխանցվել Քննչական կոմիտեի Երևանի քննչական վարչության ավագ քննիչ Նազելի Սարգսյանի անունից տրված ծանուցագրերի պատճենները, որոնց համաձայն պետք է բոլորս 2025թ․ հոկտեմբերի 26-ին՝ կիրակի օրը ժամը 09:00-ին նույն քրեական վարույթով ներկայանանք քննչական մարմին՝ Երևան քաղաքում:

ՀՀ Սահմանադրության, «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Հայաստանյայց Առաքելական Սուրբ Եկեղեցու հարաբերությունների մասին» օրենքի և «Խղճի ազատության և կրոնական կազմակերպությունների մասին» օրենքի պահանջներին համապատասխան Հայաստանյայց Առաքելական Սուրբ եկեղեցին իրավունք ունի կատարել ժամերգություններ, ծեսեր, իսկ պետությունն իրավունք չունի միջամտել եկեղեցու ներքին կյանքին:

Հանրահայտ փաստ է, որ յուրաքանչյուր կիրակի մատուցվում է Սուրբ և Անմահ Պատարագ բոլոր գործող եկեղեցիներում:

Մենք՝ յուրաքանչյուրս, 2025թ․ հոկտեմբերի 26-ին առավոտյան Արագածոտնի մարզի եկեղեցիներում Սուրբ Պատարագ ենք մատուցելու և այդ օրը չենք կարողանալու ներկայանալ քննչական մարմին, քանի որ հակառակ դեպքում կխախտենք մեր հոգևոր պարտականությունները և կթողնենք մեր հավատացյալներին առանց Սուրբ Հաղորդության։

Բացի այդ, բոլորս որպես վկա հարցաքննությանը ցանկանում ենք ներկայանալ միայն փաստաբանների հետ, մինչդեռ ոչ աշխատանքային կիրակի օրով մենք չենք կարողանալու ապահովել փաստաբանների ներկայությունը (քահանաներիցս մի քանիսին նույն փաստաբանն է ներկայացնում, որը նույնպես խոչընդոտ է նույն ժամին հարցաքննությանը մասնակցելու համար):

Առանց փաստաբանի ներկայության չենք պատրաստվում ցուցմունք տալ:
Սրանք հարգելի պատճառներ են, որոնք հաշվի առնելով կոչ ենք անում քննչական մարմնին մեզ հրավիրել հարցաքննության որևէ այլ օր, նախապես՝ առնվազն երկու օր առաջ, ծանուցելով հարցաքննության մասին (ծանուցագրերը հանձնվել են նաև այդ պահանջի խախտմամբ):Հատկանշական է նաև, որ այս ոչ աշխատանքային օրերին մենք հնարավորություն չունենք քննչական մարմնի գրասենյակին որևէ փաստաթուղթ հանձնելու։

Միաժամանակ մեր անհանգստությունն ենք հայտնում Քննչական կոմիտեի վերոհիշյալ վարքագծի վերաբերյալ, որով փորձ է արվում մի ամբողջ մարզ թողնել առանց Սուրբ և Անմահ Պատարագի:
