«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

tsargrad.tv–ն «Իհսան Սեֆան բացահայտել է Մերձավոր Արևել քում դաշնություն ստեղծելու ԱՄՆ ծրագրերը» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Միացյալ Նահանգները մշակում է Մերձավոր Արևելքի համար նոր իմպերիալիստական ծրագիր, որը նախատեսում է տարածաշրջանում դաշնության ստեղծում՝ «մեծ եղբայրների» ղեկավարությամբ։ Այդ կարծիքն է հայտնել Թուրքիայի նախկին ռազմական կցորդ, ռազմաօդային ուժերի թոշակառու գնդապետ և «Վաթան» (Հայրենիք) կուսակցության կենտրոնական կոմիտեի անդամ Իհսան Սեֆան «ՌԻԱ Նովոստիին» տված հարցազրույցում։

Ավելի վաղ ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը խոստացել էր «ինչ-որ յուրահատուկ բան» Մերձավոր Արևելքում տեղի ունեցող զարգացումների կապակցությամբ՝ ընդգծելով, որ տարածաշրջանն ունի «մեծության իրական հնարավորություն»։ «ԱՄՆ-ի իմպերիալիստական բնույթի ծրագիրը դարձել է ակնհայտ։ Մերձավոր Արևելքում նրանց ռազմավարությունը առանձին փոքր պետությունների հետ համագործակցությունից տեղափոխվել է այդ երկրները, այսպես կոչված, ազատ դաշնության մեջ միավորելու նպատակի՝ «մեծ եղբայրների» վերահսկողության ներքո», - նշել է գործակալության զրուցակիցը։

Սաուդյան Արաբիան է զբաղեցնում կենտրոնական դիրք, կենտրոնը վերահսկվելու է Իսրայելի կողմից, իսկ հյուսիսում առաջատարը լինելու է Թուրքիան։ Սեֆայի խոսքով, ԱՄՆ ծրագրերը կարող են ներառել այնպիսի երկրներ, ինչպիսիք են Իրաքը, Ադրբեջանը, Վրաստանը, Հայաստանը և մի քանի քրդական շրջաններ:

Միևնույն ժամանակ, Վաշինգտոնի տեսլականի համաձայն, Թուրքիան պետք է լինի «Քեռի Սեմի» պաշտոնական վերահսկողության տակ։ Մասնագետի խոսքով, այդ նախագիծն արտացոլում է ամերիկյան արտաքին քաղաքականության բնորոշ մոտեցումը, այն է՝ կենտրոնացում իր ազդեցության ամրապնդման վրա կառավարելի տարածաշրջանային ուժի կենտրոնների ստեղծման, այլ ոչ թե ուղղակի ռազմական ներկայության միջոցով։

Սեֆան կարծում է, որ այս ռազմավարությունն ուղղված է էներգետիկ ուղիների վրա ամերիկյան ազդեցության պահպանմանը, Չինաստանի և Ռուսաստանի աճող ազդեցության սահմանափակմանը և տարածաշրջանային առաջնորդության քողի տակ Թուրքիային արտաքին շահերի հետապնդման գործիքի վերածելուն։
