Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորությամբ, շարունակում են կացնային մեթոդներով խաղաղության պատրանք վաճառել սեփական հանրությանը։ Ինչպես ավելի վաղ կանխատեսել էինք, գործող իշխանությունները խորհրդարանական առաջիկա ընտրություններում որևէ կռվան չունեն ընդդիմության դեմ հաղթանակ տանելու համար։ Միակ քարոզչական հնարքը, որ կարող են կիրառել, խաղաղության ագրեսիվ քարոզն է, ընդ որում, ինչպես և սպասելի էր, փորձում են հանրությանը ներարկել մի կեղծ գիտակցություն, թե իբր «Քաղպայմանագրին» չընտրելու դեպքում Հայաստանը կրկին կկանգնի պատերազմի վտանգի առաջ։

Այն, որ վերջին 30 տարում Հայաստանը պատերազմի առջև կանգնեց և պարտվեց հենց «Քաղպայմանագրի» կառավարման ժամանակ, փաշինյանականները միտումնավոր մոռացել են։ Նախօրեին Ազգային ժողովի փոխնախագահ Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանը հայտարարել էր, թե առաջադրվել է ՔՊ կուսակցության 2026 թվականի խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների համամասնական ցուցակում ընդգրկվելու համար՝ հայտարարելով, թե 2026-ի ընտրություններում բացառիկ շանս ունեն երաշխավորելու երկարատև և անշրջելի խաղաղությունը։ «Եթե ՔՊ-ն հաղթի, այդ շանսը կօգտագործվի, եթե ոչ՝ չի օգտագործվի», - նշել էր Ռուբինյանը՝ միևնույն ժամանակ հայտարարելով, թե կաշառակերներն ու գողերը ընտրությունները դիտարկում են որպես շանս՝ վերադառնալու իշխանության և շարունակելու իրենց թալանը։

Ըստ էության, այս երկու նարատիվները հենց փաշինյանական իշխանության քարոզչության հիմքն են կազմելու, և իշխանությունը չարաշահելու է դրանք։ Այս իրավիճակում առանցքային է ընդդիմության գործոնը՝ թե ինչպես են պայքարելու իշխանության կեղծ նարատիվների դեմ, ինչպես են բացատրելու, որ «Քաղպայմանագիրն» ամենևին էլ խաղաղություն բերող կուսակցություն չէ, այլ՝ ընդհակառակը, պատերազմի իսկական կուսակցությունն է։ Դեռևս ընդդիմադիր դաշտում չի երևում ակտիվ աշխատանք այդ ուղղությամբ։
