Հում հավի միսը լվանալը կարող է մահացու լինել մարդկանց համար, հաղորդում է 9news.com-ը՝ հղում անելով Ավստրալիայի Սննդի անվտանգության տեղեկատվության խորհրդի (FSIC) ներկայացուցիչներին։

«Անկախ նրանից, թե ինչ կարող եք լսել առցանց կամ տեսնել բլոգներում, հում հավի միս լվանալը միֆ է, որը միայն մանրէներ է տարածում խոհանոցում», - ասել է Խորհրդի փոխնախագահ, դոցենտ Ջուլիան Քոքսը:

Փորձագետը պատմել է, որ հավի մսի վրա կարող են մնալ ախտածին միկրոօրգանիզմներ, ներառյալ սալմոնելլան և աղիքային ցուպիկը։ Թռչնամիսը տնային խոհանոցում լվանալիս բակտերիաները «տարածվում» են բոլոր մակերեսներին, ինչը մեծացնում է մահացու թունավորումների ռիսկը։ Մասնագետները խորհուրդ են տալիս ձեռնպահ մնալ վտանգավոր սովորությունից, քանի որ արտադրություններում հավի միսն անցնում է անհրաժեշտ սանիտարական մշակում։ Տնային պայմաններում անհրաժեշտ է այն միայն ջերմային մշակման ենթարկել։

«Սննդային թունավորումները առողջությանը սպառնացող լուրջ վտանգ են մնում<...>: Պարզ նախազգուշական միջոցները կարող են կյանքեր փրկել»,- ամփոփել է դոցենտը, հայտնում է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին։

Փորձագետները հիշեցրել են հում հավի հետ շփվելուց հետո ձեռքերն ու մակերեսները մանրակրկիտ լվանալու անհրաժեշտության մասին։ Նրանք նաև խորհուրդ են տվել միսը հալեցնել միայն սառնարանում կամ միկրոալիքային վառարանում, թույլ չտալ դրա շփումը պատրաստի ուտեստների հետ, հատկապես նրանց, որոնք օգտագործելուց առաջ կրկնակի ջերմային մշակման չեն ենթարկվելու, ինչպես նաև օգտագործել առանձին տախտակներ և այլ սպասք՝ հում թռչնամիսը մասնատելու և պատրաստելու համար։
