«ԱՐՑԱԽԻ ՀՈԳԵԲԱՆՆԵՐԻ ՄԻՈՒԹՅՈՒՆ» ՀԱՍԱՐԱԿԱԿԱՆ ԿԱԶՄԱԿԵՐՊՈՒԹՅԱՆ ՀԱՅՏԱՐԱՐՈՒԹՅՈՒՆԸ

«Արցախի հոգեբանների միություն» որոշում է ընդունել միանալ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի «Առաջարկ Հայաստանին» նախաձեռնությանը, գտնելով, որ նրանում ուրվագծված են գաղափարներ, որոնք համահունչ են մեր կազմակերպության նպատակներին, առաջադրված խնդիրներին, ինչպես նաև մեր ազգային արժեքներին և մասնագիտական առաջնահերթություններին: Մենք վստահ ենք, որ Արցախից տեղահանված մասնագետները, նաև՝ հոգեբանները, միանալով նախաձեռնությանը, կարող են լիարժեք դրսևորել իրենց կարողությունները՝ նպաստելով հզոր, ապահով ու կայուն Հայաստանի կառուցմանը։ «Առաջարկ Հայաստանին» նախաձեռնությունն առաջ է քաշում այնպիսի գաղափարներ, որոնք, մեր կարծիքով, պետք է դրված լինեն հոգեբանական աշխատանքների հիմքում. համաձայնություն, համերաշխություն, կառուցողականություն, ներդաշնակություն, ազգայինի կարևորում և պահպանություն: Նախաձեռնության հեղինակ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանն իր հրապարակային խոսքում նշում է, որ մեր երկրին մեծ արդարություն է պետք: Դա շատ կարևոր է այս դժվար փուլում: «Առաջարկ Հայաստանին» ծրագրի առանցքային գաղափարներից մեկը արդար բարքերով խաղի արդար կանոններով պետության կերտումն է: Առանձնակի շեշտադրման կարիք ունի նախաձեռնության այն գաղափարը, որ «խեղճությունը մեր թշնամին է և պետք է ամեն գնով հաղթել այդ թշնամուն»:
 
«Խեղճության» սինդրոմը բնորոշ չէ մեր ազգին և այն չի կարող բնորոշ լինել հատկապես երիտասարդ մարդկանց: Գնահատելի է, որ նախաձեռնության մեջ առանցքային տեղ է հատկացված երիտասարդության հետ տարվող աշխատանքների բարելավմանը:
 
Մենք համոզված ենք, որ թվարկված բոլոր խնդիրները հոգեբանական պատճառականություն ունեն: Ճիշտ պլանավորված և կազմակերպված աշխատանքի շնորհիվ հնարավոր է լուծել ինչպես թվարկված, այնպես էլ բազում այլ խնդիրներ: Բոլոր ոլորտներում հոգեբանական աշխատանքի համակարգված կառավարումը պետության առաջնահերթ պարտականությունն է: Գիտակցելով պահի կարևորությունը, «Առաջարկ Հայաստանին» նախաձեռնության աշխատանքային թիմին հորդորում ենք ստեղծել Համակարգող խորհուրդ՝ կազմված ոլորտային բարձրակարգ մասնագետներից, ովքեր ընդունակ կլինեն համատեղ աշխատել և օպերատիվորեն հավաքագրել, համակարգել, վերլուծել տեղերից ստացվող բոլոր կառուցողական առաջարկությունները և դրանց հիման վրա մշակել ռազմավարական Ծրագիր, որն էլ դրված կլինի մեր երկրի առաջանցիկ զարգացման հիմքում: Երկրում անվերապահորեն պետք է ապահովված լինեն անկուսակցական համախմբումը, պարզ, անկեղծ հաղորդակցումը հասարակության հետ, փոխզիջումային մշակույթը, բոլոր համակարգերի արագ կայունացումը: «Արցախի հոգեբանների միությունն» իր համեստ ռեսուրսներով պատրաստակամություն է հայտնում ակտիվորեն ներգրավվելու «Առաջարկ Հայաստանին» նախաձեռնության կոնկրետ աշխատանքներին՝ իրականացման բոլոր փուլերում և իր հնարավորություններով օր առաջ մոտեցնելու բաղձալի նպատակը՝ հզոր, անվտանգ ու բարեկեցիկ Հայաստանի կերտումը:
