ԱրարատԲանկը մասնակցել է Social Impact Award (SIA) 2025 թվականի գագաթնաժողովին, որը տեղի է ունեցել նոյեմբերի 18-21-ը՝ Լյուբլյանայի Ռոգ կենտրոնում, որտեղ հատվում են ստեղծագործական միտքը, ձեռնարկատիրությունն ու սոցիալական ազդեցությունը:

Գագաթնաժողովին մասնակցել է շուրջ 200 մասնակից 20-ից ավելի երկրից և չորս մայրցամաքից՝ ներառյալ այս տարվա հաղթողները, SIA շրջանավարտները, գործընկերները, էկոհամակարգի ներկայացուցիչները և SIA թիմերն ամբողջ աշխարհից, որոնք բոլորը միավորվել էին «Կերտելով ապագան միասին» ընդհանուր թեմայի շուրջ:

ԱրարատԲանկի Հաղորդակցության և սոցիալական պատասխանատվության ծրագրերի համակարգման բաժնի ղեկավար Աննա Ալլահվերդյանը մասնակցել է «Quo Vadis՝ երիտասարդության հզորացում. հույսի և ուժի միջով՝ ճգնաժամի դարաշրջանում» թեմայով ֆիշբոուլ քննարկմանը, որի ընթացքում հասցեագրվել են այն մարտահրավերները, որոնց հետ առերեսվում է այսօրվա երիտասարդությունը: Շատ երկրներում երիտասարդները զգում են, որ ապագան անորոշ է՝ բախվելով անկայունությանը, բևեռացմանը և անզորության զգացողությանը։ SIA համայնքը, սակայն, ցույց է տալիս հակառակը՝ երիտասարդ նորարարներ, ովքեր ամեն օր ապացուցում են, որ դեռ հնարավոր է կառուցել նոր ապագա։

Ֆիշբոուլ ձևաչափով քննարկումը բաց և անկեղծ զրույցի հնարավորություն ընձեռեց այն թեմայի շուրջ, թե ինչ է նշանակում երիտասարդների հզորացումն այսօր։ Քննարկվեց «անապագայության» դրսևորումը տարբեր համատեքստերում, երիտասարդների հույսերը և վախերը, ինչպես նաև սոցիալական ձեռնարկությունների դերը որպես ուղի դեպի ավելի կայուն ապագա:

Բացի այդ, Աննա Ալլահվերդյանը մասնակցել է նաև «Կայծակնային ելույթներ՝ արագ շփման ձևաչափով» խորհրդատվական սեսիային, որը մեկ տանիքի ներքո է հավաքել երիտասարդ սոցիալական նորարարներին և SIA գործընկերներին՝ իրենց նախագծերի, մարտահրավերների և անհրաժեշտ աջակցության շուրջ կարճ, նպատակային զրույցներ վարելու և խորհրդատվություն ստանալու նպատակով։ Ռոգ կենտրոնի համայնքային տարածքում մոտ մեկ ժամ տևողությամբ քննարկումը կառուցված էր մի քանի կարճ քննարկման փուլերի շուրջ, որոնց ընթացքում մասնակիցները կարող էին կապ հաստատել գործընկերների հետ, հարցեր տալ և գործնական խորհուրդներ ստանալ իրենց նախաձեռնությունների զարգացման վերաբերյալ:

««Կայծակնային ելույթներ՝ արագ շփման ձևաչափով» խորհրդատվական սեսիայի ժամանակ բավականին մեծ հետաքրքրություն կար ԱրարատԲանկում  սոցիալական ծրագրերի ընտրության գործընթացի, ռազմավարական հաղորդակցության, ինչպես նաև գրագետ ֆոնդահայթայթման շուրջ: Հատկապես ակտիվ էին Մոլդովայի, Ուգանդայի և Հունգարիայի երիտասարդ ձեռներեցները»,- նշել է Հաղորդակցության և սոցիալական պատասխանատվության ծրագրերի համակարգման բաժնի ղեկավար Աննա Ալլահվերդյանը։ 

Հայաստանում SIA մրցանակաբաշխությունն իրականացնող «Իմփաքթ Հաբ Երևանի» հիմնական և հավատարիմ գործընկերը՝ ԱրարատԲանկը, ակտիվորեն աջակցում է սոցիալական ձեռնարկատիրությանն ու նորարարությանը: SIA 2025-ին Հայաստանում ներկայացված նորարարական գաղափարները գնահատվել են «Իմփաքթ Հաբ Երևանի», ԱրարատԲանկի ներկայացուցիչներից և ոլորտի փորձագետներից բաղկացած ժյուրիի կողմից: Ժյուրիի քվեարկության արդյունքներով հաղթող են ճանաչվել երեք թիմեր՝ Bonel, unmutED և Zgayun Inclusive Books, իսկ Minder-ը հաղթող է հայտարարվել համայնքի քվեարկության արդյունքներով: Չորս հաղթող թիմերից յուրաքանչյուրը պարգևատրվել է 1500 եվրոյին համարժեք մրցանակով։ Հաղթողներին ընձեռվել էր նաև հնարավորություն՝ մասնակցելու Social Impact Award 2025 գագաթնաժողովին Սլովենիա մայրաքաղաք Լյուբլյանայում։

SIA-ն համաշխարհային ճանաչում ունեցող հարթակ է, որը 2009 թ․-ից ի վեր աջակցում և խրախուսում է երիտասարդ սոցիալական ձեռներեցներին ավելի քան 25 երկրներում: Հարթակը սոցիալական ձեռներեցներին տրամադրում է անհրաժեշտ գործիքներ, ռեսուրսներ և կապեր: Հայաստանում Social Impact Award ծրագիրն իրականացվում է «Իմփաքթ Հաբ Երևանի» կողմից՝ 2019 թվականից ի վեր։
