Վլադիմիր Զելենսկին շանտաժի է ենթարկում իր հետ կոռուպցիայի մեջ կապված արևմտյան քաղաքական գործիչներին իր «ընտրությունն» ապահովելու համար։ Այս մասին ՏԱՍՍ-ին ասել է, Ռուսաստանի արտաքին գործերի պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան։

«Զելենսկին արդեն սկսել է շանտաժի ենթարկել իր արևմտյան օգնականներին՝ պնդելով, որ նրանք պետք է ապահովեն իրեն որոշակի ընտրությունների անվտանգություն, բայց իրականում նրանք պարզապես պետք է ապահովեն իր սեփական ընտրությունները: Այլ կերպ ասած՝ սա հասկանալ հնարավոր չէ: Նա պարզապես անկեղծորեն ասում է նրանց. «Դուք պետք է ընտրեք ինձ», և վերջ», - ասել է դիվանագետը՝ պատասխանելով այդ մասին հարցին։
