Արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանի տարեվերջյան հարցազրույցը Հանրային հեռուստաընկերությանը ավելի շուտ արդարացումների շարք էր Ռուսաստանի հասցեին։ Հիշեցնենք՝ օրեր առաջ ՌԴ ԱԳՆ խոսնակ Մարիա Զախարովան պատասխանել էր Մոսկվայի դիրքորոշման մասին լրագրողի հարցին՝ հաշվի առնելով այն փաստը, որ Հայաստանում ընդդիմադիր գործիչների և հոգևորականների հետապնդումներն ուղեկցվում են Ռուսաստանի և ռուսական հետախուզական ծառայությունների հետ կապերի մեղադրանքներով։

«Ես հարց ունեմ. ի՞նչ չափանիշներով են նրանք նույնականացվում։ Եթե այդ մարդիկ կողմ են հանդես գալիս երկկողմ հարաբերությունների զարգացմանը, ապա Փաշինյանը նույնպես խոսում է ՌԴ-ի հետ հարաբերությունների զարգացման մասին։ Բայց եթե պարզապես հաշվեհարդար են տեսնում ընդդիմության ներկայացուցիչների հետ Ռուսաստանի «սոուսի» տակ, ապա դա արդեն բարեկամական մոտեցում չէ»,– ասել էր Զախարովան։ Ռուսական կողմի այս կոշտ զգուշացումը, թերևս, լուրջ մտահոգել է ՀՀ իշխանություններին, որոնք Միրզոյանին ուղարկել էին Հանրային հեռուստատեսություն՝ ռուսական կողմի առաջ արդարանալու։

Ռուսաստանի կողմից հնարավոր հիբրիդային սպառնալիքի վերաբերյալ հարցին Միրզոյանը խուսափողական պատասխան էր տվել։ «Ապատեղեկատվության զգալի մասը գալիս է ռուսաստանցի փորձագետներից կամ պատգամավորներից։ Հիբրիդային սպառնալիքները կարող են գալ տարբեր ուղղություններից, այդ թվում՝ Ռուսաստանից»,– ասել էր նա։ Միրզոյանը նաև հայտարարել է, թե Հայաստանի կառավարությունը «Ռուսաստանին երկրից հանելու» կամ Ռուսաստանի հետ քաղաքական, տնտեսական և այլ կապերը խզելու օրակարգ չունի, իսկ Գյումրիում 102-րդ ռուսական ռազմաբազայի դուրսբերման հարցը Հայաստանի կառավարության օրակարգում չկա։ Արտգործնախարարը նաև խոսել էր Եվրամիության հետ հարաբերությունների մասին՝ նշելով, թե ԵՄ-ի հետ հարաբերությունների խորացումն ուղղված չէ Ռուսաստանի հետ կապերի խզմանը։

«Եթե մի օր կանգնենք ԵՄ-ին անդամակցելու հարցի առաջ, անխուսափելիորեն կառաջանա նաև ԵԱՏՄ-ին անդամակցության հարցը։ Երբ ժամանակը գա, կնստենք և որոշում կկայացնենք։ Մեր հարաբերությունները ԵՄ-ի հետ շարունակում են խորանալ»,– համենայնդեպս, ասել էր արտգործնախարարը։

Ըստ էության, խուսափողական այս պատասխանները և հռետորաբանության կտրուկ մեղմացումը ընդամենը առիթ են հայկական կողմի համար՝ մեղմելու Ռուսաստանի հնարավոր կոշտ արձագանքը, իսկ որ այդպիսի արձագանք լինելու է, թերևս, ոչ ոք չի էլ կասկածում։
