ԱԺ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Հռիփսիմե Հունանյանը ներողություն է խնդրել Ազգային ժողովում իր հնչեցրած որոշ ձևակերպումների համար և հայտարարել, որ հրաժարականի դիմում է ներկայացնում ԱԺ առողջապահության հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահի պաշտոնից, ինչպես նաև ինքնաբացարկ է հայտնում առաջիկա խորհրդարանական ընտրություններում «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության համամասնական ցուցակում ընդգրկվելուց։ Հռիփսիմե Հունանյանն ԱԺ առողջապահության հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ էր ընտրվել 2025-ի հոկտեմբերին։ Հիշեցնենք՝ նախօրեին խորհրդարանում օրենքի ընդունման քննարկմանը նա հայտարարել էր, թե «մեր պետությանը միայն զինվորներ պետք չեն, մեր պետությանը նաև պետք են գլուխներ, որոնք կօգնեն պետության տարբեր ճյուղերի զարգացմանը»։

Բանակի հասցեին նման լպիրշ հայտարարությունն այնքան էր քննարկվել, որ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիրը» ի վերջո ստիպված եղավ իր շարքերից բացառել կրթությունից զուրկ պատգամավորուհուն, ով արդեն մի քանի անգամ հասցրել է հայտնվել տարբեր սկանդալային պատմություններում։ Հունանյանը հանձնաժողովի նախագահ էր ընտրվել, քանի որ խմբակցությունում պարզապես կոմպետենտ որևէ պատգամավոր չէր եղել, որին կարող էին նման պատասխանատու պաշտոն առաջարկել։ Այժմ էլ ՔՊ-ն չունի որևէ թեկնածու ԱԺ առողջապահության հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահի պաշտոնի համար։ Մեր աղբյուրը հայտնեց, թե միակ թեկնածուն Լուսինե Բադալյանն է, որին էլ կարող են մինչև ընտրություններ նշանակել այդ պաշտոնին։
