Վերջին արցախցիներին վտարեցի՞ն Ստեփանակերտից

Երեկ հայտնի դարձավ, որ Ստեփանակերտում բնակվող վերջին հայերը հեռացել են Արցախի մայրաքաղաքից։ Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարար Արսեն Թորոսյանը գրառում էր արել՝ նշելով, թե 10 հայ և ազգությամբ ռուս մեկ Հայաստանի քաղաքացի դիմել են Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի պատկան մարմիններին՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն տեղափոխվելու խնդրանքով։ «Դիմումների հիման վրա նշված անձինք տեղափոխվել են Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն»,– գրել է Թորոսյանը՝ ընդ որում «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ» արտահայտությունից հետո փակագծերում նշելով «Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետություն»՝ ըստ էության կրկնելով գործող իշխանության նարատիվը, որ «Արցախն Ադրբեջան է, և վերջ»։

Ավելի ուշ առողջապահության նախարար Անահիտ Ավանեսյանը տեղեկացրեց, որ բոլոր տեղափոխվածները ստացել են բուժզննում․ միայն մեկը հոսպիտալացվել է Գորիսի հիվանդանոցում, իսկ 10 հայրենակիցների առողջական վիճակը բավարար է։ Նույնիսկ Արցախի իշխանություններն ու Արցախի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Գեղամ Ստեփանյանը տեղյակ չէին, թե ովքեր են վերադարձել Հայաստան։ Որոշ անուններ, իհարկե, շրջանառվում էին․ այդ մարդիկ ավելի քան երկու տարի շարունակում էին բնակվել Ստեփանակերտում և Արցախի այլ բնակավայրերում, սակայն կտրականապես հրաժարվում էին վերադառնալ՝ ցանկանալով մնալ իրենց տներում։ Չի բացառվում, որ Ադրբեջանը պարզապես ազատվել է այդ մարդկանց ներկայությունից՝ «շառից-փորձանքից հեռու» նրանց վտարելով Հայաստան՝ հրաշալի հասկանալով, որ ատելության ահռելի կոնցենտրացիայի պայմաններում օկուպացված Արցախի տարածք տեղափոխվող ադրբեջանցիները կարող են վնասել ազգությամբ հայերին, իսկ դա հերթական միջազգային սկանդալը կարող էր առաջացնել։ Ուստի այդ մարդկանց պարզապես հեռացրել են Արցախի տարածքից։

Սա նաև տեսականորեն ձեռնտու է գործող իշխանություններին, որոնք այլևս պատասխանատվություն չեն զգա իրենց վրա Ադրբեջանի տարածքում մնացած հայերի համար։ Թերևս օրեր անց հայտնի կդառնա, թե ովքեր են տեղափոխվածները, իսկ որոշներն էլ կպարզաբանեն, թե ինչպես ստացվեց, որ իրենց հանկարծակի որոշեցին ուղարկել Հայաստան։ Ցանկացած պարագայում այն, որ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները կատարում են Ադրբեջանի բոլոր ցանկությունները և դարձել են այդ երկրի խամաճիկը, որևէ կասկած չի հարուցում։
