Հայաստանի հանքարդունաբերության և մետալուրգիայի ասոցիացիան (ՀՀՄԱ) օրեր առաջ մտահոգություն էր հայտնել չեխական «Առնիկա» հասարակական կազմակերպության գործուներության վերաբերյալ, որը տարիներ շարունակ սիրողական մակարդակի հետոզոտություններ է իրականացնում Հայաստանում՝ դրանք ներկայացնելով որպես գիտական, իսկ վերջերս հողի ու նաև մարդկանց կենսաբանական նմուշներ է հավաքել Սյունիքի մարզից, արտահանել դրանք Հայաստանից, առանց պատշաճ վերահսկողության և գիտական մեթոդաբանության։

Ասոցիացիայի մտահոգություններին արձագանքել են Հայաստանում գրանցված մի խումբ հասարակական կազմակերպություններ՝ համարելով, որ ՀՀՄԱ հայտարարությունը թիրախավորում է հասարակական կազմակերպություններին: Նման արձագանքն առնվազն զարմանալի է, հատկապես, երբ այդ հայտարարությունը ստորագրած հասարակական կազմակերպությունների մեծ մասը մասնագիտացված է բնապահպանության հետ չառնչվող ոլորտներում, հետևաբար չի կարող տեղյակ լինել, արդյոք մեր մասնագիտական մտահոգությունները տեղի՞ն են, թե՞ ոչ։ ՀՀՄԱ-ն միշտ բաց է Հայաստանում բնապահպանական ցանկացած խնդրի թափանցիկ, օրինական և մասնագիտական ուսումնասիրության և քննարկման համար։ Սակայն կոնկրետ այս խնդրով մեր հարցադրումները և պնդումնեը շարունակում են մնալ տեղին և լեգիտիմ․

- Որևէ արտերկրյա կազմակերպություն Հայաստանում բնապահպանական ուսումնասիրություն իրականացնելիս, առավել ևս բնակչությունից կենսաբանական նմուշներ վերցնելիս և արտերկրի լաբորատորիաներ արտահանելիս պետք է ունենա պատկան գերատեսչությունների, պետական և տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների թույլտվությունը և ամենախիստ վերահսկողությունը։ Սա ցանկացած երկրում ամենամինիմալ պահանջ է նման գործունեության համար։

-Նման անհրաժեշտություն կա առավել ևս այն պատճառով, որ Հայաստանում արդեն մի քանի տարի «ուսումնասիրություններ» իրականացնող «Առնիկան» ոչ մի նման ուսումնասիրություն չի իրականացնում, օրինակ, Ադրբեջանում, մինչդեռ Ադրբեջանում պարբերաբար հղում են անում «Առնիկայի» անհիմն հայտարարությունների վրա՝ Հայաստանին մեղադրելով «տարածաշրանն աղտոտելու» մեջ։

-Եվ վերջապես՝ բնապահպանական և կենսաբանական փորձաքննություններ իրականացնելու համար անհրաժեշտ է խստորեն պահպանել գիտական մեթոդաբանությունը և համապատասխան վավերացման ու մասնագիտական վերահսկողության պահանջները: Բնապահպանական ազդեցության աղբյուրների հետազոտությունը տարիների աշխատանք է՝ հստակ մեթոդաբանությամբ, տարբեր ժամակաշրջանների ու տարածքների երկարատև մոնիտորինգով, որը նույնպես կարող է բավարար չլինել հիմնավոր եզրակացություններ անելու համար։ Ասոցիացիան առնվազն մանուպալյատիվ է համարում մի քանի օր նմուշ հավաքելը և դրա հիման վրա «գիտական արդյունքներ» հրապարակելը։

Վերը նշված հարցադրումներից հատկապես ինչի՞ հետ համաձայն չեն հայտարարության տակ ստորագրած հասարակական կազմակերպությունները։ Ցավում ենք, որ այս պարզ հարցադրումները և թափանցիկության մինիմալ ակնկալիքը հասարակական կազմակերպություններից առաջացրել են վերջիններիս նման ցասումը և հույս ունենք հետագայում ավելի կառուցողական գործելաոճի ականատես լինել։
