Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության նախարար Մովսես Հակոբյանին չի մտահոգում Ադրբեջանի սպառազինությունը: Ստեփանակերտում լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը ՊԲ հրամանատարն ընդգծեց, որ սպառազինությունը դեռ ոչինչ չի նշանակում. հարկավոր է նաև զենքերը գործածելու կարողություն ունենալ: «Երբ պատերազմը սկսվեց ուժերի հարաբերակցությունը 1/20-ի էր, իսկ այսօր 1/2-ի: Մենք լավ սպառազինված ենք: Այն, ինչ Ադրբեջանը ձեռք է բերել Ռուսաստանից, իհարկե, մեզ համար վատ է, սակայն վախեցնող չէ: Պատերազմի տարիներին էլ նրանք սպառազինվում էին, բայց մենք հաղթեցինք: Այնպես որ թող Ադրբեջանը շարունակի զենք գնել»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ասաց Հակոբյանը:
ՊԲ հրամանատարն ընդգծում է, որ Ադրբեջանն այդքան ինքնաթիռներ է ձեռք բերում, մեծ քանակությամբ տանկեր, սակայն ռազմական գործողությունների ժամանակ դրանք չեն կարող արդյունավետ գործածել, քանի որ տարածքը որոշակի սպառազինություն է պահանջում, իսկ Ադրբեջանի մոտ ավելցուկ կա զենքերի: «Բացի այդ, նրանք այդ զենքերը օգտագործելու կարողություն էլ չունեն: Պատերազմը մեքենաների մրցավազք չէ, թե իմ «Ջիպ»-ը քո «Ջիպ»-ից լավն է, հարկավոր է ճիշտ մարտավարություն ունենալ: Սա արվեստ է, օպերատիվ արվեստ, որին պետք է տիրապետել: Եթե նրանց թվում է, որ սահման ին 1000 տանկ ունենալով, կարող են ինչ-որ գործողություն իրականացնել, դա հնարավոր չէ, մենք շատ փոքր թվով էլ կարող ենք նրանց վնասազերծել» ,- ասաց ՊԲ հրամանատարը:
Անդրադառնալով բալիստիկ հրթիռներին, որոնց մասին Սոչիում կայացած հանդիպումից հետո հարցազրույցի ժամանակ խոսել էր ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը՝ Մովսես Հակոբյանը նշեց, որ դրանք մնացել են դեռևս խորհրդային տարիներից, նախկինում եղել են միջուկային հրթիռներ, հետագայում մարտագլուխները փոխվել են, սակայն դրանք շատ դիպուկ հրթիռներ են 300 կմ շառավիղ ունեցող: Միևնույն ժամանակ ՊԲ հրամանատարն ընդգծում է, որ սա դեռ բոլորը չէ և իրենք շարունակում են սպառազինվել, ինչի միակ նպատակն է՝ հասնել նրան, որ պատերազմ չսկսվի:
