Խորհրդարանական առաջիկա ընտրություններում գործող իշխանությունների ամենամեծ խաղաթուղթը լինելու է խաղաղության դիսկուրսի չարաշահումը։ Իշխանությունները հանրությանը հերթական անգամ մոլորեցնելու համար ձևավորել էին երկու առանցքային քարոզչական նարատիվ, որոնցից մեկը, ըստ էության, այժմ շարքից դուրս է եկել։ Նախկիններով համալրված ընդդիմությանը թալանի մեջ մեղադրելու գործիքը փաշինյանական իշխանությունն այլևս չի կարող արդյունավետ կիրառել, քանի որ թիվ մեկ ընդդիմադիր ուժ դարձած «Մեր ձևով» շարժումը չի կարող կապվել «նախկինների» հետ և ներկայացվել որպես Հայաստանի թալանի պատասխանատու։

Շարժման առաջնորդը՝ ներկայումս կալանքի տակ գտնվող գործարար, բարերար Սամվել Կարապետյանը, իր հարստությունը կուտակել է Ռուսաստանում և, ընդհակառակը, տարիներ շարունակ ահռելի ֆինանսական աջակցություն է ցուցաբերել Հայաստանին։ Այսպիսով, իշխանության ձեռքին մնում է ընդամենը մեկ քարոզչական նարատիվ՝ խաղաղության դիսկուրսը, որը փաշինյանական իշխանությունը պատրաստվում է չարաշահել բոլոր հնարավոր երանգներով՝ հանրությանը փորձելով համոզել, որ եթե չընտրեն իրեն ու «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրին», ապա Հայաստանին նոր պատերազմ է սպառնում։

Ըստ էության, երեկ Հանրային հեռուստաընկերությանը տված հարցազրույցի մի զգալի հատված հենց այս քարոզչական թեզի ձևավորմանն էր նվիրված։ Փաշինյանի խոսքով՝ այս ընտրությունը պարզապես քաղաքական չէ, այլ պատմաքաղաքական ընտրություն է, և հասարակությունը պետք է կատարի «պատմական ընտրություն»։

«Եվ հասել է այն պահը, որի մասին ես խոսում էի 2018 թվականին։ Ես խոսում էի մեր ժողովրդի պատմության արդեն մեզ հայտնի և կրկնվող ցիկլերից դուրս գալու մասին։ Այդ ցիկլը, երբ մենք ինչ–որ աշխարհաքաղաքական, հաճախ մեզնից չկախված հանգամանքների բերումով ստանում ենք պետություն, իսկ հետո նույնպիսի հանգամանքների բերումով կորցնում ենք այն։ Այսօր մենք այդ ցիկլից դուրս գալու հնարավորություն ունենք, և այդ գործընթացն արդեն սկսվել է։ Դրա առաջին քայլերը եղել են կենտրոնանալը մեր պետության հարատևության օրակարգի վրա։ Հայաստանը մեր աչքի առաջ ծայրագավառից դառնում է կենտրոն, և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացին առաջիկա ընտրություններին առաջին հերթին պետք է տեր կանգնի իր ջանքերով, իր զրկանքներով և կորուստներով ձեռքբերված խաղաղությանը»,– ասել է Փաշինյանը։

Այժմ իշխանությունն ու նրա քարոզչական թևերը, ինչպես նաև տարբեր մակարդակի փորձագետներն ու քարոզիչները պետք է այս ուղերձը փաթեթավորեն և գրեթե ամենօրյա ռեժիմով հանրության գիտակցության մեջ ամրապնդեն մի պարզ ձևակերպում՝ կամ ընտրում եք Փաշինյանին, կամ պատերազմը։

Բնական է, որ այս նարատիվը չի դիմանում լուրջ քննադատության, և ընդդիմությունը արդյունավետ աշխատանքի դեպքում կարող է չեզոքացնել դրա հնարավոր ազդեցությունը։ Ավելին, հենց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի քաղաքականությունն է Հայաստանին հասցրել պատերազմի, և ներկայումս նա շարունակում է մնալ երկրի անվտանգության թիվ մեկ ռիսկը։
