2015թ. Եվրոպայի առաջնությունում Հայաստանի մինչև 20 տարեկանների բասկետբոլի հավաքականը հանդես կգա ռուս փորձառու մասնագետ Վիկտոր Ուսկովի գլխավորությամբ: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում են Հայաստանի բասկետբոլի ֆեդերացիային:
Ուսկովը սերտորեն կապված է Հայաստանի հետ, քանի որ երկար տարիներ բնակվել է էջմիածնում: Այժմ նա գլխավորում է «Տուլա-Արսենալ» ակումբը: Վիկտոր Ուսկովի նշանակման վերաբերյալ իր մենաբանությունն է տվել ՀԲՖ-ի նախագահ Հրաչյա Ռոստոմյանը.
«Վիկտոր Ուսկովը ծնվել է Ռուսաստանում, սակայն 3 տարեկանում ընտանիքի հետ տեղափոխվել է Հայաստան և երկար տարիներ բնակվել է Էջմիածնում: Այստեղ նա դարձել է բասկետբոլիստ, ապա մարզիչ: 80-ականներին նրա սաները մեծ հաջողությամբ հանդես էին գալիս Հայաստանի առաջնություններում: ԽՍՀՄ փլուզումից հետո նա բնակություն է հաստատել ՌԴ-ում եւ աշխատել մի շարք ակումբներում, իսկ ներկայում մարզում է «Տուլա-Արսենալը»:
Ուսկովը շատ լավ ծանոթ է Հայաստանին, շատ լավ խոսում է հայերեն և մեծ սիրով ընդունեց մեր առաջարկը: Վստահ եմ, որ նրա գլխավորությամբ Հայաստանի ընտրանին կդառնա ավելի մարտունակ և հաջող ելույթներ կունենա Եվրոպայի առաջնությունում: Եվրոպայի առաջնության ավարտից հետո նա վերադառնալու է Տուլա և շարունակելու է իր աշխատանքն ակումբային մակարդակով»,-ասել է Հրաչյա Ռոստոմյանը:
Հավելենք, որ ԽՍՀՄ սպորտի վարպետի կոչում ունեցող Վիկտոր Ուկսովն իր պարտականություններին կանցնի 2015 թվականի մայիսին, իսկ հուլիսի 9-ից 19-ը Հայաստանի մինչև 20 տարեկանների հավաքականը Հունգարիայում կմասնակցի Եվրոպայի առաջնության հանդիպումներին:
