mk.ru–ն «Փաշինյանը Հայաստանը դրել է հետաքրքիր իրավիճակում» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ հայտնի ամերիկացի լրագրող և «Միջազգային ճգնաժամային խմբի» Հարավային Կովկասի վերլուծաբան Ջոշուա Կուչերան ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի «իրական հաղթանակ» է անվանել անցյալ տարի երդվյալ թշնամիներ Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի միջև խաղաղության գործընթացի մեկնարկը, սակայն այժմ գործընթացը սկսում է կանգ առնել: Ըստ երևանյան աղբյուրների, իրանական պատերազմը հետաձգել է ամերիկյան ընկերության այցը Հայաստան, որը պետք է անցկացներ ինժեներական հետազոտություններ, որոնք անհրաժեշտ են «Trump Route for International Peace and Prosperity» (TRIPP) տրանսպորտային նախագծի իրականացման համար։ Այդ մասին համաձայնություն է ձեռք բերվել 2025 թվականի օգոստոսին Վաշինգտոնում Թրամփի և Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարների միջև հանդիպման ժամանակ։ Սակայն հիմա, ինչպես պարզվում է, դա, ըստ էության, մնում է որպես ցանկություն. Այս իրավիճակը հիշեցնում է 20-րդ դարի սկզբի ողբերգությունը, երբ Հայաստանը, վստահելով Ամերիկայի նախագահ Վուդրո Վիլսոնին, հետագայում լքվեց և մնաց միայնակ դիմակայելու զայրացած Թուրքիային։ Այն ժամանակ Վիլսոնը նույնպես պարզապես «կորցրեց հետաքրքրությունը» նախագծի նկատմամբ, և Ռուսաստանն էր ստիպված փրկել հայ ժողովրդին լիակատար ոչնչացումից։ Իսկ ո՞վ կգա փրկության այս անգամ։
