«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Հայաստանում էներգետիկ անկախության և կայուն զարգացման օրակարգում վերականգնվող էներգետիկան շարունակում է զբաղեցնել առանցքային տեղ։ Մասնավորապես, արևային էներգետիկայի ոլորտում վերջին տարիներին նկատվող ակտիվությունը ոչ միայն տեխնոլոգիական առաջընթացի, այլև ռազմավարական մտածողության արդյունք է։ Ոլորտի առաջատար ընկերությունները միավորում են ուժերը՝ ստորագրելով հուշագիր, որով կողմերը հայտարարում են ՀՀ օրենսդրության շրջանակում համագործակցելու իրենց մտադրությունը։

Ավելի քան 15 տարվա փորձ ունեցող «Շտիգեն» ընկերությունը վերականգնվող էներգետիկայի, հատկապես արևային ոլորտի զարգացման առաջամարտիկներից է Հայաստանում։ Ընկերության հիմնադիր տնօրենի խոսքով, անցած տարիների ընթացքում իրականացվել են բազմաթիվ նախագծեր, սակայն ամենակարևոր խնդիրներից մեկը մշտապես եղել է ոլորտի հնարավորությունները հասարակության տարբեր շերտերին հասանելի և հասկանալի դարձնելը։ Նրա դիտարկմամբ, էներգետիկ խնդիրը Հայաստանում միայն տնտեսական հարց չէ․ այն առնչվում է երկրի անկախությանը, անվտանգությանը և նույնիսկ աշխարհաքաղաքական դիրքին։ Այդ իսկ պատճառով ոլորտի ներկայացուցիչները եկել են այն համոզման, որ անհրաժեշտ է համախմբել մասնագիտական ներուժը և այն ներկայացնել ավելի մատչելի ձևով՝ նպաստելով արդյունավետ որոշումների կայացմանը։

Միևնույն ժամանակ, ոլորտի ընկերությունները նախաձեռնել են համագործակցության նոր ձևաչափ՝ ստեղծելով էներգետիկ անցման միություն։ Այս հարթակը նպատակ ունի համախմբել մասնավոր հատվածի, պետության և միջազգային գործընկերների ջանքերը՝ արագացնելու վերականգնվող էներգիայի անցումը Հայաստանում։

Արևային էներգետիկայի զարգացման գործում իր ներդրումն ունի նաև «Սանիսիթի» ընկերությունը, որի հիմնադիր Հովհաննես Արիստակեսյանի խոսքով, ոլորտը Հայաստանում ձևավորվել է համատեղ ջանքերի շնորհիվ՝ դեռ այն ժամանակ, երբ արևային տեխնոլոգիաները նոր էին մուտք գործում շուկա։

Այսօր արդեն երկրում տեղադրված արևային հզորությունները զգալի աճ են արձանագրել՝ մի քանի անգամ գերազանցելով անգամ ատոմակայանի հզորությունները։ Սակայն, մասնագետների համոզմամբ, առկա ներուժը լիարժեք օգտագործելու համար անհրաժեշտ է շարունակել համակարգված զարգացումը։

Ոլորտում գործող մեկ այլ՝ «Էկովիլ» ընկերության խորհրդի նախագահ Տիգրան Օխանյանի խոսքով, իրենց գործունեությունն ընդգրկում է ինչպես բնակչության և բիզնեսի համար արևային համակարգերի կառուցումը, այնպես էլ խոշոր ենթակառուցվածքների զարգացումը՝ ներառյալ բարձրավոլտ գծերն ու ենթակայանները։ Վերջերս ընկերությունը ներկայացրել է նաև նոր արտադրանք՝ Հայաստանում արտադրվող էներգիայի կուտակիչներ, որոնք նախատեսված են թե՛ կենցաղային, թե՛ արդյունաբերական կիրառությունների համար։ Նպատակը ոչ միայն ներքին շուկայի պահանջարկը բավարարելն է, այլև հայկական բրենդով միջազգային շուկա դուրս գալը։

Ոլորտի ներկայացուցիչները վստահ են՝ համատեղ աշխատանքի և ճիշտ ռազմավարության դեպքում Հայաստանը կարող է ոչ միայն ներմուծել, այլև արտահանել էներգետիկ տեխնոլոգիաներ և լուծումներ։ Առաջիկա տարիների համար նրանց տեսլականը հստակ է՝ ձևավորել գիտելիքահեն, մրցունակ և կայուն էներգետիկ համակարգ, որը կծառայի երկրի երկարաժամկետ զարգացմանը։

Այսպիսով, վերականգնվող էներգետիկայի ոլորտում ձևավորվող նոր համագործակցությունները կարող են դառնալ այն կարևոր խթանը, որը կօգնի Հայաստանին արագացնել էներգետիկ անցումը՝ ապահովելով ոչ միայն տեխնոլոգիական, այլև տնտեսական ու ռազմավարական առաջընթաց։
