ՀՀ-ում 65 տարին լրացած պաշտոնյան կշարունակի աշխատել

Հայաստանում պաշտոն զբաղեցնող այն անձինք, որոնք նախկին կարգավորումներով 65 տարեկանը լրանալուց հետո ազատվում էին աշխատանքից, օրենսդրական նոր փոփոխություններով կշարունակեն աշխատել։ Այդ մասին այսօր Ազգային ժողովում հայտարարեց ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի փոխնախարար Լուսինե Քոչարյանը` ներկայացնելով «Քաղաքացիական ծառայության մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի փոփոխությունների փաթեթը, փոխանցում է Սպուտնիկ Արմենիան:

Ըստ նոր փոփոխությունների` օրենքից հանվում է պաշտոն զբաղեցնելու առավելագույն տարիքի` 65 տարեկան շեմի սահմանափակումը։

Փոխնախարարը հիշեցրեց, որ դեռևս 2023 թ. մայիսին «ՀՀ աշխատանքային օրենսգրքում» կատարված փոփոխություններով հանվել էր տարիքով պայմանավորված աշխատանքային պայմանագիրը լուծելու հիմքը, որի արդյունքում այլևս անհնարին է դարձել տարիքով պայմանավորված աշխատանքային հարաբերությունների դադարեցումը։

«Այս ամենով հանդերձ դեռևս կային տարբեր օրենքներում պետական աշխատողների աշխատանքային հարաբերությունները կարգավորող հոդվածներ, որոնք պարունակում են տարիքային շեմի սահմանափակում։ Այս նոր նախագծով սահմանում ենք, որ աշխատանքային հարաբերությունները կարող են դադարեցվել միայն անձի մասնագիտական կարողություններով, կատարողականով և արդյունքային գործունեությամբ»,– ընդգծեց Քոչարյանը։

Նա տեղեկացրեց, որ օրենսդրական փոփոխությունները, երբ ուժի մեջ մտնեն, այդ պահից սկսած 65 տարին լրացած անձանց հետ այևս չեն կարող որոշակի ժամկետով կամ քաղիրավական պայմանագրով աշխատանքային հարաբերություններ սահմանել, այլ աշխատանքային պայմանագրերը պետք է լինեն անորոշ ժամկետով։

Քոչարյանը նաև ասաց, որ աշխատանքի տեսչական մարմնի հետ միասին վերահսկողական աշխատանքներն այս ուղղությամբ կխստացվեն։

Նա ավելացրեց, որ օրենսդրական փոփոխություններն ուժի մեջ կմտնեն ԱԺ-ի կողմից ընդունվելուց 3 ամիս անց։ Օրենքի շահառու կլինի մոտ 24 400 մարդ։
