Տանիքների վրա տեղադրված արևային էներգիան հաջողության գրավականն է

Քանի որ տնտեսական զարգացման համար էներգիայի պահանջարկը կտրուկ կաճի 2026 թվականին, Վիետնամի Կան Տհո քաղաքը տանիքների վրա տեղադրված արևային էներգիան համարում է էներգետիկ անվտանգության ապահովման և կայուն արտանետումների կրճատման նպատակներին հասնելու կարևորագույն «բանալի», գրում է vietnam.vn–ն։

Ներկայումս Կան Տհոյում տանիքների վրա տեղադրված արևային էներգիայի հզորությունը մի փոքր ավելի քան 330 ՄՎտ է, բայց դեռևս կա հետագա զարգացման ներուժ։ Վիետնամի էլեկտրաէներգիայի ցանցի (EVN) զեկույցի համաձայն, Կան Տհոյում էլեկտրաէներգիայի պահանջարկը, կանխատեսումների համաձայն, կշարունակի աճել 2026 թվականին, առևտրային էլեկտրաէներգիայի արտադրությունը կհասնի գրեթե 6.9 միլիարդ կՎտ/ժ-ի, ինչը մոտավորապես 9.57% աճ է։ Առավելագույն հզորությունը կարող է հասնել 1200 ՄՎտ-ի, ինչը զգալի ծանրաբեռնվածություն կառաջացնի էլեկտրաէներգիայի ցանցի վրա։

Կան Տհո քաղաքի ժողովրդական կոմիտեի և Վիետնամի էլեկտրաէներգետիկ ցանցի (EVN) վերջերս կայացած հանդիպման ժամանակ ներկայացվեց Մեկոնգի դելտայի «մայրաքաղաքի» էներգետիկ իրավիճակի խրախուսական ամփոփում: Իր երկնիշ տնտեսական աճի նպատակին աջակցելու համար EVN-ը պարտավորվել է էլեկտրաէներգիայի արտադրությունը մեծացնել մոտավորապես 10%-ով համեմատած 2025 թվականի հետ: Այնուամենայնիվ, Կան Տհո քաղաքի ժողովրդական կոմիտեի փոխնախագահ Վուոնգ Քուոկ Նամի խոսքով, էլեկտրաէներգիայի արտադրությունը պետք է մեծանա 1.5 անգամ ակտիվ արդյունաբերական զարգացման կարիքները բավարարելու համար։

Այս պայմաններում տանիքներում արևային էներգիան է դառնում  չափազանց կարևոր տեղական ռեսուրս: EVN-ի տնօրենների խորհրդի անդամ պարոն Ցաո Քուանգ Քյունհը նշել է, որ այդ ոլորտի ներուժը Կան Տհոյում մնում է շատ բարձր: Ներկայումս տեղադրված հզորությունը կազմում է ընդամենը 330 ՄՎտ-ից ավելի: Վերանայված VIII էներգետիկ զարգացման ծրագրի համաձայն քաղաքի նպատակը 2035 թվականի համար մոտավորապես 1600-1700 ՄՎտ-ի հասնելն է:

Էլեկտրաէներգիայի ոլորտի առաջարկությունների համաձայն տանիքներում արևային վահանակներ տեղադրող սպառողները պետք է ուշադիր հետևեն բեռնվածքայինի իրավիճակին Արդյունաբերության և առևտրի նախարարության հետ համատեղ ապահովելու համար, որ էլեկտրաէներգիայի ոլորտը կարողանա ապահովել համաժամեցված և անվտանգ աշխատանք։

Չնայած հսկայական ներուժին, տանիքներում արևային էներգիայի տեղակայումը վերջերս լճացման նշաններ է ցույց տվել։ Կան Տհո քաղաքի պաշտոնյաները բացահայտորեն խոստովանում են, որ իրականացումը կախված է ներդրողների, բիզնեսների և բնակիչների միջև կամավոր համաձայնություններից տեղեկատվական արշավների միջոցով, այլ ոչ թե կառավարության պարտադրանքներով։ արոն Վուոնգ Քուոկ Նամը շեշտել է, որ տանիքներում արևային էներգիայի զարգացումը պետք է հիմնված լինի «և՛ էներգախնայողության, և՛ տնտեսական արդյունավետության» սկզբունքի վրա։ Անձնական փորձի հիման վրա նա կարծում է, որ անհատներն ու բիզնեսները պետք է հաշվարկեն արևային վահանակների տեղադրման համար համապատասխան տանիքի մակերեսը՝ տարածքի օգտագործումը օպտիմալացնելու և ապագա վերավաճառքի արժեքը մեծացնելու համար։

Վառելիքի (ածուխ և գազ) մատակարարման շղթաները խաթարող համաշխարհային աշխարհաքաղաքական տատանումների և ծայրահեղ շոգի պայմաններում Հարավային էլեկտրաէներգիայի կորպորացիան (EVNSPC) կոչ է անում Կան Տհո քաղաքին ուժեղացնել տեղական ռեսուրսների մոբիլիզացիան։

EVNSPC-ի գլխավոր տնօրենի տեղակալ պարոն Բույ Քուոկ Հոանը առաջարկել է, որ քաղաքը առաջնահերթություն տա արևային էներգիային՝ համակցված մարտկոցային էներգիայի կուտակման համակարգերի (BESS) հետ։ Սա համարվում է էլեկտրամատակարարման կայունացման օպտիմալ լուծում, որը կօգնի բիզնեսներին նախապես ապահովել էլեկտրաէներգիա շոգ եղանակի գագաթնակետային ժամերին և կրճատի ազգային ցանցի ծանրաբեռնվածությունը։ Մաքուր արևային էներգիայի օգտագործումից բացի, Կան Տհոն նաև ընդգծել է էներգախնայողության կարևորությունը։
