«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Օրեր առաջ Երևանում կայացավ Եվրոպական քաղաքական համայնքի ութերորդ գագաթնաժողովը: Իշխանությունները դա փորձում են ներկայացնել որպես իրենց մեծագույն հաջողություն, որ այդքան եվրոպաշտոնյա եկավ Հայաստան:

ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար, գեներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանն ասում է, որ միջազգային հարաբերություններում, բանակցություններում, միջազգային միջոցառումներում առաջնայինն ընթացքը չէ, այլ արդյունքը: «Է, հա, եկել են: Հետո՞: Մենք պետք է ոչ թե գլուխ գովենք, որ Եվրոպայից այդքան ղեկավար է եկել Հայաստան, այլ առաջին հերթին պատասխանենք հետևյալ հարցին՝ իսկ ի՞նչ տվեց այդ գագաթնաժողովը Հայաստանին: Ոչ Հայաստանի գործող իշխանություններին, այլ հենց Հայաստանին ու հայ ժողովրդին: Ոչինչ: Ընդհակառակը, ընդունել են 44 էջանոց մի փաստաթուղթ, որտեղ Հայաստանին վերաբերող ընդամենը մի քանի կետ կա, այն էլ՝ շատ վտանգավոր: Օրինակ՝ ԱԷԿ-ի փակման հարցը, որն առնչվում է թե՛ էներգետիկային, թե՛ քաղաքականությանը»,-«Փաստի» հետ զրույցում ասաց գեներալ-մայորը:

Կարապետյանն անդրադառնում է նաև այդ գագաթնաժողովին Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վոլոդիմիր Զելենսկու մասնակցությանն ու ելույթին: «Տեսեք, Զելենսկին եկավ ու Երևանից սպառնաց Մոսկվային: Ես չեմ հիշում, որ նա Կիևից սպառնար, դա անում են նրա պատգամավորները, կառավարության անդամները, այլոք՝ մի խոսքով: Դե, թող Կիևից սպառնար, ինչո՞ւ եկավ ու Երևանից սպառնաց: Արդյունքում մենք պարզապես սարսափելի զայրացրինք Մոսկվային: Ինչի՞ համար: Եվ ընդհանրապես, ի՞նչ գործ ուներ Զելենսկին Հայաստանում: Մինչև 2023 թվականը բոլոր հայկական կորուստների (թե՛ ռազմական, թե՛ քաղաքացիական) 30 տոկոսը եղել է Ուկրաինայի կառավարության պատճառով՝ դիպուկահարներ, օդաչուներ, դիվերսիոն խմբեր, նաև իրենց գեներալներն են եղել ադրբեջանական շտաբում: Ու հիմա այդ մարդը գալիս է Հայաստան ու այստեղից մատ թափ տալիս Մոսկվայի վրա՝ դարձյալ վնասելով մեր երկրին»,-ամփոփեց պաշտպանության նախկին նախարարը:
