pravda.ru-ն գրում է, որ Ռուսաստանի առաջարկը Հայաստանում ատոմակայան կառուցելու մասին, կարող է լինել Երևանի համար էներգիայի պակասը լուծելու և տնտեսությունը ամրապնդելու միջոց, սակայն նման նախագիծն ինքնին չի չեղարկում երկրի՝ Եվրամիության հետ մերձեցման ներուժը։ Եվրոպական տեղեկատվության կենտրոնի տնօրեն Նիկոլայ Տոպորնինն է դա բացատրել pravda.ru-ին տված հարցազրույցում։

Ավելի վաղ Ռուսաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարության ԱՊՀ երկրների չորրորդ դեպարտամենտի տնօրեն Միխայիլ Կալուգինը հայտարարել էր, որ Ռուսաստանը առաջարկել է Հայաստանին կառուցել մեծ հզորության ատոմակայան, որը կարող է երկիրը տասնամյակներ շարունակ ապահովել մատչելի էլեկտրաէներգիայով։ Տոպորնինը բացատրել է, որ Ռուսաստանի առաջարկը մեծ նշանակություն ունի Հայաստանի համար, քանի որ երկիրը բախվում է էներգիայի պակասի հետ։ Նա կարծում է, որ ատոմակայան կառուցելը կարող է արմատապես լուծել այդ խնդիրը և բարձրացնել Հայաստանի էներգետիկ ոլորտի կայունությունը։ Միևնույն ժամանակ, հաշվի առնելով Երևանի՝ Եվրամիության հետ մերձեցման ուղին՝ շատ փորձագետներ Մոսկվայի նախաձեռնությունը համարում են քաղաքական ազդանշան։ «Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորությամբ Հայաստանը հայտարարել է Եվրամիության հետ ավելի սերտ ինտեգրման ուղու մասին։ Վերջերս Երևանում տեղի ունեցավ ԵՄ-Հայաստան առաջին գագաթնաժողովը, ինչպես նաև Եվրոպական քաղաքական համայնքի նիստը։ Այս ֆոնին Ռուսաստանի առաջարկը կարելի է դիտարկել որպես Հայաստանը ԵԱՏՄ-ին ավելի կապելու և ԵՄ-ի հետ գործընկերության նկատմամբ նրա հետաքրքրությունը նվազեցնելու փորձ», - բացատրել է նա։

Քաղաքագետը նշել է, որ ատոմակայանի կառուցումը և Հայաստանի՝ դեպի Եվրամիություն շարժումը միմյանց հետ հակասության մեջ չեն։ Առաջինը խոշոր տնտեսական և ենթակառուցվածքային նախագիծ է, որը կարող է գոյություն ունենալ երկրի քաղաքական ուղու հետ զուգահեռ։ Հունգարիայի փորձը ցույց է տալիս, որ Ռուսաստանի հետ միջուկային էներգիայի ոլորտում համագործակցությունը հնարավոր է նույնիսկ ԵՄ անդամ պետության համար։ «Օրինակ՝ Ռուսաստանը շարունակում է ատոմակայան կառուցել Հունգարիայում, չնայած այն հանգամանքին, որ այն ԵՄ անդամ պետություն է և գտնվում է անբարյացակամ պետությունների ցանկում։ Հայաստանը նույնպես կարող է համաձայնել ատոմակայան կառուցել, քանի որ առաջարկը շահավետ է և գայթակղիչ, և Ռուսաստանը, ակնհայտորեն, կլինի գլխավոր վարկատուն։ Սակայն հինգ կամ տասը տարի անց դա չի խանգարի Երևանին կրկին հայտարարել ԵՄ-ին միանալու իր ձգտումների մասին», - նշել է փորձագետը։

Տոպորնինը հավելել է, որ Հայաստանի քաղաքական ընտրությունը կախված կլինի ոչ այնքան ատոմակայանից, որքան ընտրողների որոշումից։ Եթե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կուսակցությունը հաղթի հունիսյան ընտրություններում, ԵՄ-ի հետ մերձեցման հարցը կարող է դրվել հանրաքվեի։ Եթե այդ ուղղությունը աջակցվի քաղաքացիների կողմից, ապա Երևանը ստիպված կլինի կրճատել եվրասիական ինտեգրացիան, և անգամ ատոմակայան կառուցելը դա չի փոխի։
