Հանդես գալով որպես Նարեկ Կարենի Կարապետյանի փաստաբան պահանջում եմ
անհապաղ հրապարակել հերքում Նարեկ Կարապետյանի հասցեին հրապարակված
զրպարտության մասով։

Ձեր կողմից 20.05.2026 թվականին կատարված հրապարակումը ներկայացվել է որպես փաստ առ այն, որ իբրև թե Նարեկ Կարապետյանը «թաքցրել է պաշտոնատար անձի կարգավիճակ ձեռք բերելուն խոչընդոտող՝ օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիություն ունենալու մասին տեղեկությունը» և «դիտավորությամբ թաքցրել է օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիություն ունենալու կամ ունեցած լինելու մասին տեղեկությունը, այն է՝ ՆԳՆ միգրացիայի և քաղաքացիության ծառայություն է ներկայացրել այլ պետության քաղաքացի չլինելու մասին բովանդակությամբ կեղծ դիմում՝ այդ կերպ թաքցնելով պաշտոնատար անձի կարգավիճակ ձեռք բերելուն խոչընդոտող՝ օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիություն ունենալու մասին տեղեկությունը»:

Քննչական կոմիտեն ստացված տեղեկությունների հիման վրա վարույթ հարուցելու պարագայում իրավունք չունի ուսումնասիրման ենթակա տեղեկությունը հանրությանը ներկայացնել որպես հաստատված փաստ` մոլորեցնելով հանրությանը և ակնհայտորեն վիրավորելով անձի պատիվը, արժանապատվությունը և գործարար համբավը։

Այս արատավոր երևույթն առավել անընդունելի է նախընտրական քարոզչության փուլում՝ երբ հստակ թիրախավորվում է նաև քաղաքական ուժը և նրա առաջին համարով առաջադրված պատգամավորի թեկնածուն, այն էլ հիմք ընդունելով ակնհայտ կեղծ տեղեկությունը։

«Քննչական կոմիտեի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի 10-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի համաձայն՝ Քննչական կոմիտեում ինքնավար պաշտոն զբաղեցնող անձը չի կարող լինել որևէ կուսակցության անդամ կամ զբաղվել քաղաքական գործունեությամբ:

Քննչական կոմիտեում ինքնավար պաշտոն զբաղեցնող անձը յուրաքանչյուր պարագայում պարտավոր է դրսևորել քաղաքական զսպվածություն և չեզոքություն:

Եթե հերքումը անհապաղ չհրապարակվի բոլոր այն վայրերում, որտեղ կոմիտեն հրապարակել է զրպարտություն հանդիսացող տեղեկությունը, ապա իրավունքների պաշտպանության համար համապատասխան հայց կներկայացվի դատարան։
