Հայաստանի Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովը, ինչպես և սպասվում էր, բավարարել է դատախազության երկու միջնորդությունները՝ «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցության պատգամավորի թեկնածուին անձեռնմխելիությունից զրկելու և նրա նկատմամբ քրեական հետապնդում հարուցելու, ազատությունից զրկելու վերաբերյալ։ Դրանից հետո արդեն ուշ գիշերին Անդրանիկ Թևանյանին ծանոթացրել են մեղադրանքին, ձեռնաշղթաներ հագցրել ու ձերբակալել։

Այսօր արդեն Երևանի առաջին ատյանի դատարանի Նորքի նստավայրում կկայանա կալանքի քննության նիստը։ Մինչ լրտեսության և պետական դավաճանության մեջ մեղադրվող Անդրանիկ Թևանյանը հերքում է իրեն առաջադրված բոլոր մեղադրանքները, փաշինյանական իշխանությունը շարունակում է իր բռնաճնշումներն ընդդիմության ներկայացուցիչների դեմ։

Ընդ որում, ըստ մեր տեղեկությունների, կոնկրետ այս հոդվածով միայն Անդրանիկ Թևանյանով չէ, որ բավարարվելու են։ Հիշեցնենք՝ ըստ Քննչական կոմիտեի, Թևանյանը հավաքագրվել է օտարերկրյա հատուկ ծառայությունների կողմից, և 2 տարի առաջ «Ռուսիա Կովկաս» աշխարհաքաղաքական կենտրոնի տնօրենը, ով, ըստ իրավապահների, օտարերկրյա գործակալ է, 622 հազար դոլարի դիմաց Թևանյանից ստացել է պետական գաղտնիք պարունակող տեղեկություններ։

Դրանք վերաբերում են 2024 թվականի ապրիլին Ազգային ժողովի փակ գաղտնի նիստում կայացած լսումներին՝ սահմանազատման թեմայով։ Ընդ որում, Թևանյանը ապացուցել է, որ ինքը չէր կարող մասնակցել այդ լսումներին, քանի որ արդեն 2023 թ․-ից Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավոր չէր։ Ըստ մեր աղբյուրի՝ իրենց մեղադրանքը հաստատելու համար ԲՀԿ-ից առաջադրված այլ թեկնածուների ևս թիրախավորելու են։ Իբր նրանք են Թևանյանին փոխանցել այդ գաղտնի տեղեկությունները, վերջինս էլ վաճառել է դրանք։

Մասնավորապես, թիրախում են գյումրեցի պատգամավոր Մարտուն Գրիգորյանը, ով այդ ժամանակ «Պատիվ ունեմ» դաշինքից պատգամավոր էր, և նախկին պատգամավոր Արեգնազ Մանուկյանը։ Չի բացառվում, որ վերջիններիս դեմ ևս քրեական վարույթներ հարուցվեն։ Ըստ էության, գործող իշխանություններն ամեն ինչ անում են ընդդիմադիր ուժերի և, մասնավորապես, «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցության քարոզարշավը խափանելու, իրենց համար ոչ հաճելի թեկնածուներին էլ կալանավորելու նպատակով։
