Հայաստանում հինգերորդ սերնդի բջջային կապի ցանցերի ակտիվ ընդարձակման ֆոնին արձանագրվել է զեղծարարների ակտիվության աճ՝ շահագործելով քաղաքացիների տեխնոլոգիական անտեղյակությունը։ Զեղծարարները, ներկայանալով որպես հեռահաղորդակցման կազմակերպությունների աշխատակիցներ, առաջարկում են «թարմացնել կարգավորումները» կամ «ակտիվացնել 5G» հեռախոսի հրամանների միջոցով։

Խաբեության մեթոդը․ կապի վերահսկողության կառավարում

Սխեման հիմնված է USSD հրամանների՝ կարճ ծառայողական կոդերի (օրինակ՝ *123#) միջոցով մանիպուլյացիաների վրա։ «Կապի նոր ստանդարտին անցնելու» պատրվակով զոհին համոզում են հավաքել թվերի կոմբինացիա, որն իրականում ակտիվացնում է բոլոր մուտքային զանգերի և SMS հաղորդագրությունների անվերապահ վերահասցեավորումը դեպի զեղծարարի հեռախոսահամար։ Որոշ դեպքերում օգտատիրոջն առաջարկում են ներբեռնել այլ հավելված, որն իբր, անհրաժեշտ է 5G-ի աշխատանքի համար, ինչն իրականում լրտեսական ծրագիր է։

Արդյունքում զեղծարարները ստանում են հասանելիություն բանկային հավելվածների և էլեկտրոնային դրամապանակների մեկանգամյա օգտագործման գաղտնաբառերին (OTP)։ Քանի որ հաղորդագրությունները ուղարկվում են զեղծարարի հեռախոսին, զոհն այլևս չի տեսնում գումարի դուրսգրման կամ վարկերի ձևակերպման մասին ահազանգերը, ինչը զեղծարարին ժամանակ է տալիս միջոցները ստանալու համար։

Գլխավոր դատախազությունը և բջջային օպերատորները պարբերաբար նախազգուշացումներ են տարածում քաղաքացիների համար։ Դրանց հիմնական շեշտադրումն այն է, որ Հայաստանում 5G-ն թարմացվում է ավտոմատ։ Եթե սմարթֆոնը, SIM քարտը և սակագնային փաթեթը աշխատում են նոր տեխնոլոգիայով, ոչ մի լրացուցիչ ձեռքով կարգավորում անհրաժեշտ չէ։

Իրավաբանական ծուղակ

Սխեմայի նենգությունն այն է, որ USSD հրամանների մուտքագրումը կամ հավելվածների ներբեռնումը սմարթֆոնն օգտագործողի կողմից կամավոր է կատարվում։ Իրավաբանական տեսանկյունից սա ծայրաստիճան բարդացնում է խնդրի լուծումը, քանի որ բանկի անվտանգության համակարգերի տեսանկյունից հասանելիությունը տրվել է հենց օգտատիրոջ կողմից։

IDBank-ը խորհուրդ է տալիս․

Տեխնոլոգիական առաջընթացը ձեզնից չի պահանջում ճնշման տակ կատարել ձեռքով բարդ գործողություններ։ Ձեր ֆինանսները պաշտպանելու համար հետևեք այս կանոններին․

  • 5G-ն հեռախոսով չի կարգավորվում։ Տվյալների փոխանցման ավելի բարձր արագության անցումը կատարվում է ավտոմատ և չի պահանջում հատուկ հրամանների հավաքում կամ հավելյալ ծրագրերի ներբեռնում։ Եթե կապն ինքնուրույն չի անցել նոր ստանդարտի, դիմեք ձեր բջջային օպերատորին։
  • Անտեսեք USSD հրահանգները։ Երբեք մի հավաքեք հեռախոսում անծանոթների կողմից թելադրված կոդեր, ում անունից էլ որ նրանք ներկայանան։
  • Հրաժարվեք հղումների միջոցով ծրագրեր ներբեռնելուց։ Բոլոր բջջային օպերատորների պաշտոնական հավելվածները հասանելի են միայն Google Play-ում և App Store-ում։ Մեսենջերների միջոցով ուղարկված ցանկացած ֆայլ ուղղակի սպառնալիք է։
  • Ինքներդ ստուգեք տեղեկատվությունը։ Եթե ստացել եք «ցանցի կարգավորման» վերաբերյալ զանգ՝ անջատեք այն և ինքներդ զանգահարեք ձեր բջջային օպերատորին պաշտոնական հեռախոսահամարով։
  • Հետեւեք ազդանշանին։ Եթե ձեր հեռախոսը հանկարծակի դադարել է ստանալ մուտքային զանգեր և SMS հաղորդագրություններ, շտապ կապ հաստատեք կապի օպերատորի և բանկի հետ այլ սմարթֆոնի միջոցով․ հնարավոր է, որ ձեր սարքի վրա արդեն ակտիվացված է վերահասցեավորումը։

Հիշեք․ 5G-ն ոչ մի տեղ չի անհետանա։ Իսկ ձեր հեռախոսին և գումարին հասանելիությունը կարող եք կորցնել մեկ րոպեի ընթացքում։ Ֆինանսական անվտանգությունը սկսվում է ստուգելու և չշտապելու պարզ սովորությունից։
