Past.am-ի հատուկ նախագծի շրջանակում շարունակում ենք անդրադառնալ Հայաստանի տնտեսության առանցքային ճյուղերին։ Այս անգամ ներկայացնում ենք հանքարդյունաբերության ոլորտը, որը տասնամյակներ շարունակ կարևոր դեր է խաղացել երկրի տնտեսական զարգացման, արտահանման ծավալների աճի և հազարավոր աշխատատեղերի ստեղծման գործում։ Հայաստանի ընդերքը հարուստ է օգտակար հանածոներով, իսկ ոլորտի ընկերությունները շարունակում են մնալ երկրի արդյունաբերական ներուժի կարևոր բաղադրիչներից։

Հայաստանի տնտեսության մեջ հանքարդյունաբերությունը տասնամյակներ շարունակ պահպանել է իր առանցքային նշանակությունը՝ հանդիսանալով արտահանման, ներդրումների և պետական բյուջեի եկամուտների կարևոր աղբյուրներից մեկը։ Երկիրը հարուստ է պղնձի, մոլիբդենի, ոսկու և այլ օգտակար հանածոների պաշարներով, իսկ ոլորտի ձեռնարկությունները ոչ միայն արտադրական գործունեություն են ծավալում, այլև զգալի ազդեցություն ունեն մարզերի սոցիալ-տնտեսական զարգացման վրա։ Հանքարդյունաբերության զարգացումը հատկապես կարևոր դեր է խաղում սահմանամերձ և լեռնային համայնքներում՝ ապահովելով հազարավոր աշխատատեղեր և ենթակառուցվածքային ծրագրերի իրականացում։

Հայաստանի հանքարդյունաբերական ոլորտի առաջատարներից և ամենախոշոր ձեռնարկություններից է Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատ-ը (ԶՊՄԿ), որը գործում է Սյունիքի մարզի Քաջարան քաղաքում։ Ընկերությունը շահագործում է Քաջարանի պղնձամոլիբդենային հանքավայրը, որը համարվում է տարածաշրջանի խոշորագույններից մեկը և ունի երկարաժամկետ արդյունաբերական պաշարներ։ Ընկերության տվյալներով՝ այն Հայաստանի խոշորագույն հանքարդյունաբերական ձեռնարկությունն է և աշխարհի խոշոր մոլիբդեն արտադրողների շարքում է։

ԶՊՄԿ-ն տարիներ շարունակ առանձնանում է նաև Հայաստանի տնտեսության մեջ իր ունեցած կշռով։ Ընկերությունը պարբերաբար ընդգրկվում է երկրի խոշորագույն հարկատուների ցանկի առաջատար դիրքերում, իսկ 2024 թվականի արդյունքներով կրկին ճանաչվել է Հայաստանի ամենախոշոր հարկատուն՝ պետական բյուջե վճարելով ավելի քան 101 միլիարդ դրամ հարկեր և տուրքեր։

Կոմբինատը նաև Սյունիքի մարզի խոշորագույն գործատուներից է՝ ապահովելով շուրջ 4500-4600 աշխատատեղ։ Ընկերության գործունեությունը զգալի ազդեցություն ունի ոչ միայն Քաջարանի, այլև ամբողջ Սյունիքի մարզի տնտեսական ակտիվության վրա՝ նպաստելով ենթակառուցվածքների զարգացմանը, կրթական, առողջապահական և սոցիալական ծրագրերի իրականացմանը։

Վերջին տարիներին ԶՊՄԿ-ն հայտարարել է արտադրության արդյունավետության բարձրացման, բնապահպանական կառավարման կատարելագործման և կայուն զարգացման սկզբունքների ներդրման մասին։ Ընկերությունը շեշտադրում է, որ պղինձն ու մոլիբդենը կարևոր դեր ունեն ժամանակակից արդյունաբերության, վերականգնվող էներգետիկայի, էլեկտրատեխնիկայի և բարձր տեխնոլոգիական արտադրությունների զարգացման գործում, ինչը ռազմավարական նշանակություն է հաղորդում նաև Հայաստանի հանքարդյունաբերական ներուժին։

Այսպիսով, Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատը ոչ միայն Հայաստանի հանքարդյունաբերության առաջատարն է, այլև երկրի տնտեսության, արտահանման և տարածաշրջանային զարգացման կարևոր շարժիչ ուժերից մեկը՝ շարունակելով պահպանել իր առանցքային դերը ազգային տնտեսության կառուցվածքում։
