Ամբեր Կապիտալի կողմից կառավարվող և արևային էլեկտրակայանների պորտֆել միավորող «Սոլիս» ՓԲ ընկերությունը պարտատոմսեր է թողարկում

Ամբեր Կապիտալի կողմից կառավարվող և արևային էլեկտրակայանների պորտֆելը միավորող հոլդինգային ընկերությունը` «Սոլիս» ՓԲԸ-ն, մեկնարկում է դոլարային անվանական արժեկտրոնային պարտատոմսերի հրապարակային տեղաբաշխումը՝ 2 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար անվանական ծավալով (ընդհանուր 20,000 հատ պարտատոմս)։ Պարտատոմսերի տեղաբաշխողն է Ամերիաբանկը։

Մեկ պարտատոմսի անվանական արժեքը 100 ԱՄՆ դոլար է, արժեկտրոնային տարեկան տոկոսադրույքը՝ 8% (եռամսյակային վճարման պարբերականությամբ), ձեռքբերման նվազագույն քանակը՝ 5 հատ, շրջանառության ժամկետը՝ 48 ամիս։  Պարտատոմսերի տեղաբաշխումը մեկնարկելու է 2026թ. հունիսի 4-ին և ավարտվելու է 2026թ. հուլիսի 30-ին (կամ ավելի վաղ, եթե ամբողջ ծավալը շուտ վաճառվի)։

«Սոլիս»-ի միակ բաժնետերը և վերջնական վերահսկողը «ԵՄ-Հայաստան ՓՄՁ հիմնադրամն» է, որը Հայաստանի առաջին ինստիտուցիոնալ մասնավոր բաժնեմասնակցային ֆոնդն է և կառավարվում է Ամբեր Կապիտալի կողմից։ «Սոլիս» ՓԲԸ-ն վերականգնվող էներգետիկայի ոլորտի առաջատար հարթակներից է, որի թվով ութ արևային էլեկտրակայանները տեղակայված են Հայաստանի տարբեր մարզերում: Աշխարհագրորեն հավասարակշռված պորտֆելը նպաստում է երկրի տարբեր հատվածներում կայուն և մաքուր էլեկտրաէներգիայի արտադրությանը։

Ընկերությունը տիրապետում է Հայաստանում գործող խոշորագույն արևային էներգետիկ պորտֆելներից մեկին` ընդհանուր 34 ՄՎտ անվանական (դրվածքային) հզորությամբ, որի շնորհիվ տարեկան արտադրվում է 64 ԳՎտժ էլեկտրաէներգիա: Սա բավարարում է ավելի քան 23,500 տնային տնտեսությունների էլեկտրաէներգիայի պահանջարկը։ Արևային էլեկտրակայանների շահագործման արդյունքում հնարավոր է կրճատել տարեկան մոտ 27,750 տոննա CO₂ արտանետում: 

Պարտատոմսերի տեղաբաշխման արդյունքում ներգրավված միջոցներն ընկերությունն ուղղելու է վարկերի վերաֆինանսավորմանը, կապիտալ ծախսերին և գործունեության ընդլայնմանը: 

Պարտատոմսերը կարելի է ձեռք բերել առցանց՝ Ամերիաբանկի MyAmeria հավելվածի MyInvest ներդրումային հարթակի միջոցով, կամ այցելելով Ամերիաբանկի որևէ մասնաճյուղ և լրացնելով հայտ-հանձնարարականը, կամ ուղարկելով լրացված հայտ-հանձնարարականի ձևն Ամերիաբանկի էլ. հասցեին՝ capitalmarkets@ameriabank.am։

Առաջնային տեղաբաշխումից հետո ընկերությունը դիմելու է Հայաստանի ֆոնդային բորսա պարտատոմսերը ցուցակելու նպատակով, ինչից հետո հնարավոր կլինի դրանք գնել կամ վաճառել երկրորդային շուկայում։

«Սոլիս» ՓԲԸ պարտատոմսերի ազդագիրը գրանցվել է ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկի նախագահի 2026թ. մայիսի 20-ի թիվ 1/219 Ա որոշմամբ: 

Պարտատոմսերի ձեռքբերման կարգին, ազդագրի էլեկտրոնային տարբերակին և պարտատոմսերի հրապարակային առաջարկի վերաբերյալ հայտարարությանը կարելի է ծանոթանալ այստեղ։ Թողարկողի և առաջարկվող պարտատոմսերի բոլոր մանրամասները, ինչպես նաև դրանց առնչվող ռիսկերը ներկայացված են ազդագրում:
