Ոչ իշխանական պատգամավորներն այսօր ևս մեկ անգամ չկարողացան զսպել իրենց մեջի ընդդիմամոլին և ընդդիմացան այն դեպքում, երբ իրենց առաջարկը փաստացի չէր էլ մերժվել ԱԺ նախագահի կողմից, ԼՏՊ-ն էլ այնտեղ չէր, որ գոնե տար իր հայտնի հրահանգը՝ «զսպեք դրանց»: Այդպիսով, ԱԺ արտահերթ նստաշրջանը բոյկոտեցին: Բայց ինչու՞:
Ոչ իշխանականները հարց էին բարձրացրել, որ ԱԺ-ն պարտավոր է արձագանքել ազատամարտիկների և պատգամավոր Արամ Մանուկյանի՝ ծեծի ենթարկվելու միջադեպերին և պահանջել էին կազմակերպել քննարկում: Հանուն արդարության չեմ կարող չնշել, որ Գալուստ Սահակյանը փաստացի ընդունել էր առաջարկը և ասել. «Մենք բոլորս էլ համամիտ կլինենք, որ հայտարարության տեքստով կամ քաղաքական ուժերի ղեկավարների ստորագրությամբ որևէ դատապարտող տեքստ կհրապարակվի»: Այսինքն՝ Սահակյանը համաձայնվել էր և առաջարկել այսօր 18:30-ին նոր արտահերթի գործընթաց սկսել և քննարկել այն: Էլ ինչու՞մն էր խնդիրը: Ընդամենը մի քանի ժամ սպասելու մեջ: Համաձայնվեք, որ առնվազն զավեշտալի է:
Այ հենց սա է անիմաստ ընդդիմանալու մոլուցքը, որ եթե նույնիսկ կոնկրետ հարցում անդդիմանալու առիթ էլ չկա, իրենց առաջարկն էլ ընդունվում է, միևնույն է՝ մի պատճառ կգտնեն: Այս անգամվա պատճառն էլ երևի շտապողականությունն էր, հավանաբար մի քանի ժամ սպասելով շատ բաներ կկորցնեին, չէ՞ որ երկրի ողջ բեռն իրենց ուսերի վրա է:
Բայց պետք է ասեմ, որ մի քիչ լավ չեն կազմում իրենց պլանները ոչ իշխանականները: Օրինակ, եթե խոսում են ծեծերի մասին և նրանցից ոմանք նույնիսկ առանց իրավապահների գնահատականների առկայության հայտարարում են, որ այս ամենը կազմակերպել են «հանցավոր իշխանություններն» ու «բռնատիրական ռեժիմը», ապա ինչու՞ են բաց թողել, օրինակ ՀԱԿ պատգամավոր Լևոն Զուրաբյանի՝ ՀՀԿ-ական պատգամավոր Սամվել Ֆարմանյանի կողմից «դաստիարակչական ապտակ» ստանալու իրողությունը, որ տեղի ունեցավ վերջերս: Չէ՞ որ գոնե այս դեպքում խփողը ակնհայտորեն ՀՀԿ-ից էր, այդ նույն «հանցավոր իշխանությունների» ու «բռնատիրական ռեժիմի» ներկայացուցիչը: Սա հիանալի առիթ կարող է լինել ոչ իշխանականների համար ևս մեկ անգամ բոյկոտելու ԱԺ աշխատանքները: Կարևորը՝ պատգամավորի աշխատավարձերը միշտ ստանան, մանավանդ, որ իշխանականների զգալի մասն էլ հիմնականում կոճակ են սեղմում, էլ իրենք աշխատեն որ ի՞նչ անեն: Չնայած այսօրվա դեպքում նույնիսկ Ֆարմանյանը պաշտպանեց ոչ իշխանականների տեսակետը, բայց միևնույն է՝ նրանք դժգոհ էին, ուղղակի, ինչպես հասկացա, խնդիր կա դժգոհ լինելու:
Այնուամենայնիվ, ոչ իշխանականների կողմից 18:30-ին արտահերթ նիստ հրավիրվեց, բայց մի բան էլի հաշվի չէին առել, որ իրենց անհարկի դժգոհությունը կարող էր պատասխան դժգոհություն ծնել, և այդպես էլ եղավ. ՀՀԿ-ականներն էլ որպես պատասխան՝ իրենց հերթին բոյկոտեցին ոչ իշխանականների հրավիրած նիստը:
Ի դեպ, եթե ոչ իշխանականներն այսուհետ առիթով կամ անառիթ պետք է բոյկոտեն ԱԺ նիստերը, դրանով ՀՀԿ-ականներին հիանալի հնարավորություն կտան առանց որևէ քննարկման և առանց ընդդիմախոսության անցկացնել իրենց օրինագծերը և դրանից ոչ իշխանականներն էլ կշահեն՝ հետագայում կրկին կբողոքեն, թե «հանցավոր իշխանություններն» առանց ընդդիմության հետ քննարկելու ու համաձայնեցնելու օրենքներ են անցկացնում, և կրկին բոյկոտելու առիթ կլինի: Լավ է, իհարկե, որ մարդիկ կարողանում են կոմբինացիաներ մշակել, դերեր խաղալ, բայց գոնե թատերական ներկայացում կազմակերպելիս պետք է մի քիչ վարպետորեն կազմակերպել:
