Ռուսաստանի արտաքին հետախուզության ծառայության տնօրենը հերթական անգամ անդրադարձել է Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքական ուղեգծին՝ հայտարարելով, որ երկրի ղեկավարությունը սխալ կգործի, եթե իր հաշվարկները կառուցի բացառապես Արևմուտքի օգնության և աջակցության վրա։

Նրա խոսքով՝ նման մոտեցումը կարող է հանգեցնել ոչ միայն արտաքին քաղաքական բարդությունների, այլև ներքին խնդիրների խորացման։ Նարիշկինը նշել է, որ այդ դեպքում Հայաստանում կարող են առաջանալ լրացուցիչ դժվարություններ, որոնք կանդրադառնան երկրի տնտեսական զարգացման հեռանկարների վրա։

Ռուս պաշտոնյայի հայտարարությունը հնչում է այն ժամանակ, երբ Երևանի և Մոսկվայի հարաբերություններում շարունակվում են լարվածության տարբեր դրսևորումները, իսկ Հայաստանի եվրոպական ուղղությամբ քայլերը շարունակում են ակտիվ քննարկումների առարկա մնալ ինչպես տարածաշրջանում, այնպես էլ միջազգային հարթակներում։

Վերջին ամիսներին ռուսական տարբեր պաշտոնյաներ բազմիցս զգուշացրել են, որ արտաքին քաղաքական կտրուկ վերակողմնորոշումը կարող է ունենալ տնտեսական և սոցիալական հետևանքներ։ Մասնավորապես, խոսքը վերաբերում է էներգակիրների մատակարարմանը, արտահանման շուկաներին, աշխատանքային միգրացիային և տնտեսական համագործակցության գործող ձևաչափերին։

Նարիշկինի հայտարարությունը կարելի է դիտարկել որպես Մոսկվայից հնչող հերթական քաղաքական ազդակ, որով Ռուսաստանը փորձում է ընդգծել, որ Հայաստանի ռազմավարական ընտրությունները կարող են անմիջական ազդեցություն ունենալ երկրի տնտեսական և ներքաղաքական իրավիճակի վրա։

Թե ինչ արձագանք կունենան այս հայտարարությունները Երևանում, դեռևս պարզ չէ, սակայն ակնհայտ է, որ Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքական կողմնորոշման հարցը շարունակում է մնալ տարածաշրջանային քաղաքականության ամենաքննարկվող թեմաներից մեկը։
