Որևէ ձեռնարկություն 1 տարվա մեջ 3 անգամ հդմ չտպեց, 5 տարով զրկվելու է և միկրոբիզնեսի, և շրջանառության հարկերով աշխատելուց: Այս մասին Կառավարության նիստի ժամանակ ասել է վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:   

«Մենք միկրոբիզնեսի շեմը պետք է կրկնապատկենք, և պետք է կարգավորում մտցնենք, որ եթե որևէ ձեռնարկությունում 1 տարվա մեջ 3 անգամ արձանագրվեց հդմ բաց չթողնելու փաստ, այն 5 տարի զրկվի և միկրոբիզնեսի, և շրջանառության հարկի ոլորտում աշխատելուց: Ես հասկանում եմ, որ սա ոմանց համար կարող է նշանակել դե ֆակտո փակում, բայց ուրեմն թող հդմ կտրոնները թողարկեն, չի կարող այլկերպ լինել»,- նշել է նա:

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հանձնարարեց, որ այս կարգավորումը իրականացնեն, քանի-որ 2027 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից այն պետք է աշխատի:

Ընդծեց՝ այն ձեռնարկությունները, որոնք կզրկվեն միկրո և շրջանառության հարկի ոլորտում աշխատելուց, պետք է աշխատեն միայն ավելացված արժեքի հարկի համակարգով:

«Հունվարի 1-ից այս կարգավորումը նույնպես պետք է ուժի մեջ մտնի»,- շեշտել է նա:
