ՆԱՏՕ-ի գագաթնաժողովից Թուրքիայի տնտեսական օգուտը կարող է տարեկան կազմել 1,7 միլիարդ դոլար․ Dünya

Հուլիսի 7-8-ը Անկարայում կայանալիք ՆԱՏՕ-ի գագաթնաժողովը զգալի քաղաքական և տնտեսական դիվիդենտներ կբերի Թուրքիային, քանի որ վերջինս հանդես է գալիս որպես հյուրընկալող երկիր։ Երկարաժամկետ հեռանկարում դրանից ստացվող մակրոտնտեսական էֆեկտը հանրապետության համար կարող է տարեկան կտրվածքով կազմել շուրջ 1,7 միլիարդ դոլար։ Այս մասին գրում է Dünya թերթը։

Ինչպես նշում է պարբերականը, թուրքական գանձարանն անմիջապես գագաթնաժողովի անցկացումից կստանա մոտ 60-62,5 միլիոն դոլարի եկամուտ՝ մասնակիցների հյուրանոցային կեցության և լոգիստիկայի հաշվին։ Հանդիպմանը սպասվում է դաշինքի անդամ 32 երկրների շուրջ 6 հազար պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչների և կազմակերպությանը չանդամակցող 10 պետությունների առաջնորդների մասնակցությունը։ Միայն ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի պատվիրակությունը կազմելու է 1,4 հազար մարդ, հայտնում է թերթը։ Բարձր մակարդակի հանդիպումը լուսաբանելու է արտասահմանյան լրատվամիջոցների շուրջ 2 հազար ներկայացուցիչ։ Ընդհանուր առմամբ, ինչպես կանխատեսում է թերթը, Անկարայի գագաթնաժողովի մասնակիցների և այցելուների թիվը կարող է գերազանցել 10 հազարը։

ՆԱՏՕ-ի գագաթնաժողովից Թուրքիայի հիմնական ակնկալիքները կապված են ռազմարդյունաբերական համալիրի (ՌԱՀ) գծով դաշինքի երկրների հետ նոր պայմանագրերի կնքման հետ։ Պաշտպանական բյուջեները մինչև ՀՆԱ-ի 5%-ը բարձրացնելու դաշինքի երկրների որոշումը թուրքական ռազմական արդյունաբերության համար եվրոպական հսկայական շուկա է բացում՝ անօդաչու թռչող սարքերի, զրահատեխնիկայի, հրթիռային համակարգերի, զենքի և զինամթերքի այլ տեսակների հնարավոր մատակարարումների համար, գրում է Dünya-ն։ Վերլուծաբանները կանխատեսում են, որ գագաթնաժողովի արդյունքում թուրքական ՌԱՀ-ի համար էֆեկտը երեք տարվա ընթացքում կարող է կազմել շուրջ 3 միլիարդ դոլար։

Բացի այդ, փորձագետների կարծիքով, գագաթնաժողովի անցկացումը կարող է 20-30 բազիսային կետով նպաստել Թուրքիայի հնգամյա վարկային դեֆոլտի սվոպների (CDS) նվազմանը, ինչը պետական և մասնավոր հատվածների համար տարեկան 200-300 միլիոն դոլարով կնվազեցնի արտաքին փոխառությունների արժեքը։ Այս ֆոնին, երկարաժամկետ հեռանկարում օտարերկրյա ներդրումների ներհոսքը կարող է աճել տարեկան 1,5-2 միլիարդ դոլարով։ Միևնույն ժամանակ, ինչպես նշվում է, Հորմուզի նեղուցում տիրող ճգնաժամի պայմաններում Թուրքիայի դերը կրկին կարող է մեծանալ՝ իր տարածքով անցնող խողովակաշարերով դեպի Եվրոպա էներգակիրների անխափան մատակարարումների ապահովման շնորհիվ։
