kapital-rus.ru–ն «Ռուսաստանը կոշտ պատասխան է պատրաստում Հայաստանին» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ ռազմաքաղաքական փորձագետ Յակով Կեդմին վստահ է, որ Հայաստանը վաղ թե ուշ կփորձի դուրս մղել Շիրակի ռուսական ռազմաբազան, սակայն նման քայլը աղետալի կլինի և լուրջ հետևանքներ կունենա հայկական կողմի համար։

Վերջերս Հայաստանում կայացած ընտրություններից հետո արևմտամետ ուժերը կրկին թափ են հավաքել։ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորած «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությունը մեծամասնություն է ստացել խորհրդարանում, իսկ վարչապետը շարունակում է իր ուղին դեպի Եվրամիության հետ մերձեցում։

Կեդմին ուշադրություն է հրավիրել Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցող մտահոգիչ զարգացումների վրա, այն է՝ գործնականում ժողովրդավարության ոչնչացում, բռնաճնշումներ, արգելքներ և ընդդիմադիր ուժերի հետապնդումներ։ Նրա կարծիքով, սա ներքին ճնշման և Փաշինյանի լայնածավալ արևմտյան աջակցության արդյունքն է։

Փորձագետը կարծում է, որ հայ հասարակության թույլ քաղաքական ակտիվությունը և արևմտամետ ուժերի արտաքին աջակցությունն են հանգեցնում ժողովրդավարական ինստիտուտների ոչնչացմանը։ Նրա խոսքով, հայ ժողովուրդը կրկին այնպիսի ընտրություն է կատարել, որը կարող է աղետով ավարտվել։ «Չկա պաշտպանություն լինգից։ Հայաստանում ժողովրդավարությունը ոչնչացվում է լինգով։ Տեղի ունեցածը հայ հասարակության թույլ կազմակերպվածության և քաղաքական պասիվ գործունեության խնդիրն է, - համոզված է Կեդմին,– սա պատմության մեջ առաջին դեպքը չէ, որ հայ ժողովուրդը կայացնում է այնպիսի ինքնաոչնչացնող որոշում, որը կարող է աղետով ավարտվել»։

Փորձագետը վստահ է, որ Շիրակում ռուսական ռազմաբազայի կարգավիճակի հարցը կբարձրացվի։ «Ժամանակի հարց է, թե երբ հայերը կասեն. «Ազատեք բազայի տարածքը»։ Բայց ինչո՞ւ է դա նրանց պետք։ Հասկանալի է, թե ինչու է դա պետք Ռուսաստանին, բայց Հայաստանին դա պետք չէ։ Հայաստանը կհեռացվի ՀԱՊԿ-ից կամ կվռնդվի, ինչը, իմ կարծիքով, ավելի արդարացի կլինի։ Եվ առանց վերադառնալու իրավունքի։ Եվ նրա հետ բոլոր հարաբերությունները կխզվեն։ Բայց ոչ դիվանագիտական. դա՝ դեռ ոչ, իսկ տնտեսականը՝ այո, Աստված ինքն է հրամայել։ Թող խմեն իրենց սեփական կոնյակը և փորձեն այն վաճառել Ֆրանսիային», - կարծիք է հայտնել Կեդմին։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Հայաստանում ռուսական ռազմաբազան գոյություն ունի 1995 թվականից և ներառում է կայազորներ Շիրակում և Երևանում, ունի մոտավորապես 3000 զինծառայող և նրանց ընտանիքների 4000 անդամ։ Այն ապահովում է Ռուսաստանի ռազմական ներկայությունը Հարավային Կովկասում և երաշխավորում է Հայաստանի պաշտպանությունը ՀԱՊԿ-ի շրջանակներում։
