Բոլոր իշխանությունների օրոք` սկսած խորհրդային տարիներից եղել են տականքների, կաշառակերների, հարմարվողների, գոյատևողների մի ստվար զանգված, որոնք գրեթե միշտ մնացել են իրենց պաշտոններին, միշտ աշխատանք են ունեցել ու միշտ էլ վայելել են բոլոր իշխանությունների վստահությունը: Այդ նույն քաղաքական ուժերը, ընդդիմադիրները, բոլորը լավ էլ ճանաչում են դրանց, լավ էլ ընկերություն անում, զանազան հարցերով դիմում և իրենց իշխանության գալու դեպքում էլ դրանք կրկին կգոյատևեն, չկասկածեք…
Մեր տունը ցավոք ի սկզբանե ավազի վրա է կառուցվել և ալիքները ամեն անգամ քշում տանում են այդ տան հիմքի ավազները…Հասարակության այդ շերտն է վտանգավոր, դրանք են այդ գայլերը գառան դիմակով ու իրենց կեղծավոր ժպիտով, քծնանքով միշտ թռվռում են <<ջրի>> երեսին, այդ շերտն է թելադրողն ու ուղղություն տվողը, ուղղորդողը…Այդ նպատակով կուսակցությունից կուսակցություն թռնելով, անհրաժեշտության դեպքում մի քանի լարի վրա խաղալով, միշտ պահեստային տարբերակներ, բարեհաջող վայրեջքի հնարավորություններ ունենալով…Ցավոք դրանք միշտ էլ սիրված են, պահանջված ու գնահատված են բոլոր իշխանությունների ու բոլորի կողմից: Այդ խավը, այդ շերտը, այդ արևելյան քծնանքի վարպետները, հովանավորչությամբ ու հարմարվողականությամբ կործանում են ամեն ինչ, ալիքի նման տանելով, քշելով ավազի վրա կառուցված մեր խախուտ տան հիմքերը…
