Ռուսաստանուոմ երկարացրել են պերովսկիտային արևային վահանակի կյանքի տևողությունը. 1800 ժամ աշխատանք և 99% արդյունավետություն

Ռուսաստանում հայտնաբերվել է պերովսկիտային արևային վահանակների կայունությունը բարելավելու միջոց, որոնց հիմնական լույսը կլանող շերտը հակված է արագ քայքայման, գրում է prokosmos.ru–ն: Պերմի ազգային հետազոտական ​​պոլիտեխնիկական համալսարանի, Սկոլտեչի և Ռուսաստանի գիտությունների ակադեմիայի քիմիական ֆիզիկայի և բժշկական քիմիայի խնդիրների դաշնային հետազոտական ​​կենտրոնի (FRC PPhM&MC) գիտնականները մշակել են չորս նոր պոլիմերային նյութեր: Այդ նյութերը թույլ են տալիս բջիջներին պահպանել մինչև 99% արդյունավետություն, նույնիսկ 1800 ժամ անընդմեջ աշխատանքից հետո:

Պերովսկիտային արևային մարտկոցները համարվում են ապագայի մարտկոցներ դառնալով սիլիցիումի այլընտրանք։ Նախ, դրանք կլանում են լույսի ալիքի երկարությունների ավելի լայն տիրույթ, քան սիլիցիումը, ինչը նշանակում է, որ դրանք կարող են սնուցվել ոչ միայն արևի լույսով, այլ նաև արհեստական ​​լույսով։ Սա զգալիորեն ընդլայնում է դրանց կիրառման ներուժը։

Այնուամենայնիվ, Պերմի պոլիտեխնիկական համալսարանի, Ռուսաստանի գիտությունների ակադեմիայի և Սկոլտեկի գիտնականների թիմը գտել է այդ խնդիրը լուծելու միջոց։ Նրանք մշակել են չորս օրգանական պոլիմերային նյութեր, որոնցում տրիֆենիլամինը ծառայում է որպես մոլեկուլային «կմախք»։ Գիտնականները այն համատեղել են կամ կարբազոլի հետ, որը մեծացնում է նյութի կայունությունը, կամ թիոֆենի հետ, որը բարելավում է հաղորդականությունը։ Մոլեկուլային փաթեթավորման և կառուցվածքային կայունության վրա ազդելու համար ներդրվել է նաև ծավալուն կողմնային խումբ՝ տրիիզոպրոպիլ(2-թիենիլ)սիլիլ։

Փորձարկման ընթացքում նոր պոլիմերներով արևային մարտկոցները ցուցաբերել են բարձր արդյունավետություն՝ պահպանելով մինչև 99% արդյունավետություն 1800 ժամ անընդմեջ աշխատանքից հետո։ Արևային լույսի փոխակերպման արդյունավետությունը նույնպես մրցունակ է հասնելով 17.8%-ի՝ PTAA-ի 17%-ի դիմաց, որը պերովսկիտային մարտկոցներում անցքերի տեղափոխման շերտերի համար տարածված հղման նյութ է։

Մշակողները կարծում են, որ իրենց լուծումը կօգնի իրականացնել պերովսկիտային արևային վահանակների զանգվածային արտադրություն։

Պերովսկիտային արևային վահանակները հետաքրքրություն են ներկայացնում նաև տիեզերական կիրառությունների համար։ Վաղ ուսումնասիրությունները ցույց են տվել, որ պերովսկիտները կարող են դիմակայել տիեզերական ճառագայթմանը և ինքնավերականգնվել։
