Նոյեմբերի 28-ին Եղվարդի թիվ մեկ մանկապարտեզում մասսայական թունավորման ախտանիշներով ավելի քան 100 երեխա հոսպիտալացվեցին տարբեր բուժհաստատություններ:
Նույն օրը Սննդի անվտանգության պետական ծառայության տեսուչները նմուշառում կատարեցին սննդամթերքից` պարզելու համար, թե որն է եղել թունավորման պատճառը: Օրեր անց պարզվեց, որ երեխաների մոտ հայտնաբերվել է շիգելլոզ՝ դիզենտերիա հիվանդություն, սակայն անցել է արդեն կես ամիս և չկա որևէ մեկնաբանություն, թե ինչն է հանդիսացել թունավորման պատճառ, ավելին` պատկան մարմինները լռում են կամ խնդիրը պարզապես գցում են մեկը մյուսի վրա:
Դեպքից մի քանի օր անց, տեղեկացանք, որ սննդամթերքի անվտանգությունը լաբորատոր ստուգման համար վերցվել էր կարագ, պանիր, ձու, հավի միս, տոմատի մածուկ, խտացրած կաթ, տավարի միս, այնուհետև հայտնեցին, որ կարագի, պանրի, ձվի, հավի և տավարի մսի անվտանգության ցուցանիշներով անհամապատասխանություններ չեն հայտնաբերվել, բայց տոմատի մածուկի և խտացրած կաթի տվյալներն այդպես էլ անհայտ մնացին: Բացի այդ պարզվեց, որ բացի վեր թվարկված սննդամթերքներից, երեխաների սննդակարգում եղել է նաև թթվասեր ու կաթնաշոռ, որի մասին ՍԱՊԾ-ն կրկին ոչինչ չհայտնեց:
ԶԼՄ-ներում սկսվեց շրջանառվել թունավորման պատճառ հանդիսացող ևս մեկ վարկած` կապված «Մուշ» ընկերության նրբերշիկի հետ: Պարզվեց, որ երեխաները դեպքից մեկ օր առաջ երշիկ են կերել, որն ի դեպ, արգելված է մանկապարտեզներին մատակարարել, սակայն Սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական ծառայության փորձաքննության ցանկում այն այդպես էլ չհայտնվեց:
Օրեր անց շրջանառությամ մեջ դրվեց հաջորդ վարկածը. այս անգամ էլ պարզվեց, որ մանկապարտեզի սննդակարգում եղել են նաև տնային պայմաններում պատրաստված պահածոներ, ինչը, նույնպես արգելված է: Այս վարկածը, կարծես թե նույնպես չհետաքրքրեց սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական ծառայությանը, քանի որ պահածոներից նույնպես փորձանմուշ չվերցրեցին:
Orer.am-ն այս հարցերի պատասխանները ստանալու համար կապ հաստատեց ՀՀ Գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության Սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական ծառայության հետ, սակայն այստեղ մեր հարցերը լսելուց հետո, խնդրեցին այն գրավոր ուղարկել` խոստանալով նույն օրը պատասխանել: Մենք ստիպված եղանք սպասել 6 աշխատանքային օր, որպեսզի ի վերջո ստանանք մեզ հուզող հարցերի պատասխանները, բայց արի ու տես, որ այս կառույցը կամ ավելորդ համարեց կամ պարզապես պատասխանելու ցանկություն չունեցավ և մեր հարցերի պատասխաններն այդպես էլ թողեց անպատասխան:
Հավանաբար, նորանշանակ պետը` Արմեն Հայրապետյանը, ով վերջերս ԶԼՄ-ներում հայտնի է դարձել, որպես կադրային ջարդ իրականցնող պաշտոնյա, զբաղված է իր մտերիմներին աշխատանքի տեղավորելով և երեխաների մասսայական թունավորման պատճառին` դեռևս հերթ չի հասել:
Ինչևէ, ունենք այն, ինչ ունենք: Կես ամիս է անցել, բայց ՍԱՊԾ-ից փորձանմուշների վերջնական տվյալները չկան, կառույցը դեռևս չի պարզաբանել, թե ինչո՞ւ մանկապարտեզի բոլոր սննդամթերքներից նմուշառում չի կատարվել և ի վերջո 100-ավոր երեխաների ծնողների համար դեռևս անհայտ է, թե իրենց երեխաները, ո՞ր սննդամթերքից են թունավորվել:
Բարեբախտաբար, բոլոր երեխաներն արդեն դուրս են գրվել, բայց դա չի նշանակում, որ կարելի է մոռանալ արձանագրված դեպքը և սպասել հաջորդին՝ առավել ևս պետք է գիտակցել, որ հաջորդի հետևանքները կարող են շատ ավելի ծանր լինել:
