Իրանի դիվանագետների քարտեզային պատասխանը նախագահ Թրամփին. Արտակ Զաքարյան

Չորս օր առաջվա մի գրառմամբ նշել էի, որ ԱՄՆ-Իրան ռազմական բախումը վերածվելու է տնտեսական ձգձգվող հակամարտության: Այս գիշեր նախագահ Թրամփը, պաշտոնապես տնտեսական պատերազմ հայտարարեց՝ ընդ որում ոչ միայն Իրանին, այլ նաև այն երկրներին, որոնք իրենց տնտեսական կապերով կաջակցեն Թեհրանին՝ հաղթահարել սանկցիաները:
 
Ստեղծվող իրավիճակը որքանով է ազդեցիկ, և ինչ կարող է կփոխել տարածաշրջանում՝ առանձին վերլուծությունների ու հետևանքների գնահատման հարց է: Իսկ մինչ այդ՝ հետաքրքիր մի այլ իրադարձության մասին:

Այն բանից հետո, երբ ԱՄՆ նախագահը հրապարակեց քարտեզ, որի վրա Հորմուզի նեղուցը նշված էր որպես «ԱՄՆ-ի նոր տարածք», Հնդկաստանի Հայդերաբադ քաղաքում Իրանի գխավոր հյուպատոսությունը հրապարակեց ԱՄՆ քարտեզի իր տարբերակը, որտեղ Կալիֆոռնիան ներկայացվում էր որպես «Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության նոր տարածք»։

Իհարկե, խոսքը Թեհրանի իրական տարածքային հավակնությունների մասին չէ, այլ ԱՄՆ նախագահի հրապարակմանը հասցեագրված սարկաստիկ պատասխանի։

Թրամփի հրապարակումը հայտնվեց Իրանի հետ բանակցությունների համար սահմանված 60-օրյա ժամկետի ավարտից մի քանի ժամ հետո՝, երբ Թեհրանը պնդեց, որ Հորմուզի նեղուցը կմնա փակ։

Այնուհետ նախագահ Թրամփը հայտարարեց, որ այս պահին Իրանի հետ որևէ բանակցություն չի ընթանում, իսկ ԱՄՆ-ը շարունակում է իրանական նավահանգիստների ռազմածովային շրջափակումը։

Դոնալդ Թրամփի հրապարակած քարտեզին արձագանքեց Իրանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարի տեղակալը, ասելով, «Հորմուզի նեղուցի վերաբերյալ «մոլորությունը» շուտով կշտկվի՝ կա՛մ Թրամփի, կա՛մ Իրանի կողմից»։

Սակայն Հայդերաբադում Իրանի հյուպատոսությունն ավելի հեռուն գնաց և որոշեց քարտեզին պատասխանել քարտեզով։ Հրապարակված պատկերում առանձնացված էր Կալիֆոռնիան, որի վրա գրված էր․ «Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության նոր տարածք»։

Կալիֆոռնիայի ընտրությունը, կարծում եմ, նույնպես պատահական չէր։ Իրանական կատակը ստացավ երկակի ենթատեքստ։ Իրանի դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցչությունն ընտրեց ամերիկյան այն նահանգը, որն առավել սերտորեն է կապված Իրանի հետ մշակութային առումով, և միևնույն ժամանակ դարձել է Իրանից դուրս բնակվող հարյուր հազարավոր իրանցիների նոր հանգրվանը։

ԱՄՆ-ի և Իրանի սահմաններն, իհարկե, այս «քարտեզագրությունից» չփոխվեցին, սակայն միջազգային պրակտիկայում ի հայտ եկավ դիվանագիտական փոխհրաձգության նոր մեթոդ:
