Իրանի խորհրդարանի նախագահ Մոհամմադ Բաղեր Ղալիբաֆը Հայաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանի հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ հայտարարել է, որ Իսլամական Հանրապետության անփոփոխ քաղաքականությունն է հարևան երկրների հետ հարաբերությունների զարգացումն ու ամրապնդումը՝ ինչպես գործնական, այնպես էլ ռազմավարական մակարդակներում, հայտնում է Pars Today-ը։

«Հույս ունեմ, որ մոտ ապագայում վերջնականապես կհամաձայնեցվի Իրանի և Հայաստանի միջև ռազմավարական համագործակցության համաձայնագիրը։

Բացի երկկողմ հարաբերություններից, Կովկասում կան նաև տարածաշրջանային հարցեր, այդ թվում՝ տրանսպորտային ուղիների հետ կապված հարցերը, որոնք Իրանը և Հայաստանը կարող են քննարկել։

Այսօր Կովկասի տարածաշրջանը, առավել քան երբևէ, խաղաղության կարիք ունի, և դա պետք է ապահովվի պաշտոնական սահմանների ամրապնդմամբ։ Փորձը ցույց է տվել, որ տարածաշրջանից դուրս գտնվող ուժերի միջամտությունը կարող է հանգեցնել անկայունության։

Օրինակ՝ Պարսից ծոցի տարածաշրջանում մենք տեսնում ենք, որ օտարերկրյա տերություններ են եկել, և որոշ երկրներ կարծում էին, որ նրանց ներկայությունը կարող է ապահովել իրենց անվտանգությունը, սակայն դրա արդյունքը դարձավ անկայունությունը։ Այդ տերությունները պարզապես ձգտում են հասանելիություն ստանալ տարածաշրջանի երկրների հնարավորություններին և ռեսուրսներին ու հետապնդում են սեփական շահերը։

Հույս ունենք, որ կարծիքների փոխանակումը և երկու երկրների քաղաքական ու տնտեսական ոլորտներում կայուն, առաջընթացային համագործակցությունը կնպաստեն տարանցման, էներգետիկայի և այլ ուղղություններում հնարավորությունների ստեղծմանը և գործնական արդյունքներ կապահովեն։

Ամերիկացիները ռազմական ոլորտում Իրանի հետ առճակատման ընթացքում չեն հասել իրենց նպատակներից որևէ մեկին և պարտություն են կրել, իսկ քաղաքական ոլորտում փոխըմբռնման հուշագրի իրականացման ընթացքում խախտել են ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունները՝ դրանով ևս մեկ հարված հասցնելով սեփական հեղինակությանը», — նշել է Ղալիբաֆը։
