Երեխայի անձնագիրը նոյեմբերի 1-ից կարժենա 28 650 դրամ. ո՞ր տարիքից է այն տրվում, և քանի՞ տարի կգործի

Ոչ ուշ, քան 2026 թ.-ի նոյեմբերի 1-ից անձնագիր տալու պետական տուրքը կլինի 28 650 դրամ՝ անկախ տարիքից։ Երեխաների համար առանձին կամ նվազեցված դրույքաչափ օրենքում չկա, սակայն մինչև 6 տարեկան երեխայի անձնագիրը կգործի ընդամենը 3 տարի։ Գործող կարգով կենսաչափական տվյալներ պարունակող էլեկտրոնային անձնագրի տուրքը 25 000 դրամ է, իսկ նույնականացման քարտինը՝ 3 000 դրամ։

Տուրքի չափը սահմանված է «Պետական տուրքի մասին» օրենքի 14-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին կետով (խմբ. ՀՕ-215-Ն), իսկ անձնագրի տրամադրման տարիքն ու ժամկետները՝ «Անձը հաստատող փաստաթղթի մասին» օրենքի 3-րդ հոդվածով։ Երկու օրենքներն էլ ուժի մեջ են մտնում էլեկտրոնային միասնական հարթակի գործարկման մասին հայտարարությունից հետո 10-րդ օրը, բայց ոչ ուշ, քան 2026 թ.-ի նոյեմբերի 1-ը։

Ո՞ր տարիքից կարելի է երեխայի համար անձնագիր ստանալ

Անձնագիրը կարելի է ստանալ անկախ տարիքից, և այն ստանալը կամավոր է։ Նույնականացման քարտ կարելի է ստանալ վեց տարին լրանալու օրվանից․ 6-ից 16 տարեկանների համար այն կամավոր է, իսկ 16 տարին լրանալուց հետո՝ պարտադիր։ 16 տարին լրացած քաղաքացուն անձնագիր տրվում է միայն նույնականացման քարտ ունենալու դեպքում։

Քանի՞ տարի կգործի անձնագիրը

մինչև 6 տարեկան երեխաներին՝ 3 տարի,

6-ից 16 տարեկաններին՝ 5 տարի,

16 տարին լրացածներին՝ 10 տարի։

Այսինքն՝ նույն 28 650 դրամով մինչև 6 տարեկան երեխայի անձնագիրը կգործի 3 տարի, իսկ մեծահասակինը՝ 10 տարի։

Որքա՞ն կվճարի ընտանիքը

Նույնականացման քարտի տուրքը 5 950 դրամ է։ Օրինակ՝ եթե երկու ծնողը ստանում են անձնագիր և նույնականացման քարտ, իսկ 4 և 10 տարեկան երեխաները՝ միայն անձնագիր, ընտանիքը կվճարի 126 500 դրամ (2 × 34 600 + 2 × 28 650)։

Օրենքով կառավարությունը կարող է անձանց որոշ խմբերի համար սահմանել աջակցություն՝ պետական տուրքի ամբողջական կամ մասնակի վճարման ձևով («Պետական տուրքի մասին» օրենք, հոդված 26, մաս 7)։

Մինչև նոր օրենքի ուժի մեջ մտնելը տրված անձնագրերը շարունակում են գործել մինչև դրանց ժամկետի ավարտը։

Ամփոփելով՝ ոչ ուշ, քան 2026 թ.-ի նոյեմբերի 1-ից երեխայի անձնագիրն արժենալու է նույնքան, որքան մեծահասակինը՝ 28 650 դրամ, բայց մինչև 6 տարեկանների համար այն կգործի 3 տարի, իսկ 6–16 տարեկանների համար՝ 5 տարի։
