Իրավիճակը շատ բարդ է, մոտ խուճապայինի և բավականին վտանգավոր: Այսպես պատասխանեց տնտեսագետ Երվանդ Բոզոյանը Orer.am-ի այն հարցին, թե արդյոք արդյո՞ք սպեկուլյատիվ գործոն չեք տեսնում դոլարի գնի թռիչքի հետ կապված:
«Ես աշխատում եմ մաքսիմալ զերծ մնալ նման գնահատակնենրից, որովհետև իրավիճակը շատ բարդ է, մոտ խուճապայինին և կարծում եմ, որ բավականին վտանգավոր իրավիճակ է, հատկապես ֆինանսական վալյուտային շուկայի փլուզման պրոցեսը, որն անխուսափելիորեն ազդում է հայկական շուկայի վրա»,-ասաց Երվանդ Բոզոյանը:
Մեր այն հարցին, թե արդյո՞ք ԿԲ-ն չունի բավարար գործիքակազմ` իրավիճակը կառավարելու համար, տնտեագետն ասաց. «ԿԲ-ն ունի բավականին ապահով պահուստային ֆոնդ, որով կարող է վերահսկել այս ամենը, նույն հարևան Վրաստանում նույնպես լարին արժեզրկվել էր, բայց հետո մարդիկ իրենց գործողությունների արդյունքում միանգամից հետ բերեցին և կարծում եմ, որ Հայաստանում էլ պետք է այդպիսի գործիքներ լինեն: Իհարկե, Հայաստանն ավելի շատ տրանսֆեր է ստանում Ռուսաստանից, քան Վրաստանը, սակայն կան նաև այլ գործոններ, բայց այդ գործոնների համադրության արդյուքնում չպետք է Հայստանում կրկնվի այն, ինչ կատարվում է Ռուստանում: Իմ համար մի քիչ անհասկանալի է: Այստեղ կարելի է ինչ-որ բաների վրա կասկածել, բայց ես զերծ կմնամ այս պահի դրությամբ որևէ այլ գնահատական տալուց»:
Թե ինչի կհանգեցնի դրամի արժեզրկումը մեր երկրում, Երվանդ Բոզոյանը պատասխանեց, որ չի ուզում կանախատեսումներ անել վատ իմաստով, քանի որ լրացուցիչ անգամ խուճապ կարող է առաջացնել:
«Այն, որ կենսամակարդակի անկումը շեշտակի կլինի, դա տեսանելի է բոլորի համար: Միանշանակ, այս ամենը վատ հետևանքներ կարող է իր հետ բերել: Երբ մի քանի օրվա մեջ դրամն արժեզրկվում է, ըստ էության 30 տոկոսով, դա բոլորովին այլ իրավիճակ է ստեղծում երկրում»,-ասաց Երվանդ Բոզոյանը:
