ԱԺ ՀԱԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է.
Հայ ազգային կոնգրես կուսակցության գրասենյակին եւ ԲՀԿ-ին մոտ կանգնած մարդիկ եւ լրատվամիջոցները երկու օր է համացանցում ակտիվորեն տարածում են, թե Զարուհի Փոստանջյանը, Ալեքսանդր Արզումանյանը եւ ես ՀՀԿ-ի համար քվորում ենք ապահովել ԱԺ դեկտեմբերի 16-ի նիստում:
Տարընթերցումների տեղ չթողնելու համար ասեմ. դեկտեմբերի 16-ի նիստի սկզբում էլեկտրոնային համակարգով գրանցվել է 74 պատգամավոր: Մի քանի հոգի (այդ թվում ես) գրանցվել են ավելի ուշ: Եթե Զարուհի Փոստանջյանը, Ալեքսանդր Արզումանյանը եւ ես չգրանցվեինք, քվորումը կլիներ ապահովված:
Դրա համար անհրաժեշտ է 66 գրանցված պատգամավոր:
Ինչ վերաբերվում է քվեարկությանը. առաջին երկու հարցերի քվեարկությանը չեմ մասնակցել, տեսնելու համար քվեարկության պատկերը: Արձանագրվել է 66-67 կողմ: Այսինքն, օրենքները անցնում էին անկախ նրանից՝ որեւէ մեկը դեմ կլինի՞, թե ոչ: Այս իրավիճակում կարեւոր եմ համարել իմ դիրքորոշման արձանագրումը եւ բոլոր նախագծերին, առանց բացառության, քվեարկել եմ դեմ (տես՝ http://www.parliament.am/register.php…):
Եւ այս ֆոնին՝ համաձայն եմ մի շարք գործընկերների այն գնահատականին, թե ոչ իշխանական ուժերի մի շարք ներկայացուցիչներ հարմար առիթներով խուսափում են քվեարկությունից, որովհետեւ քվեարկության արդյունքներով կպարզվի, որ նրանք լիովին սատարում են Սերժ Սարգսյանի վարած քաղաքականությանը, մասնավորապես ԵՏՄ-ի հարցով:
Ու եթե խոսք է բացվել քվորումի մասին, հետաքրքիր է, ինչու՞ օրինակ ՀԱԿ ակտիվիստները չեն հետաքրքրվում Արամ Մանուկյանի դեմ հարձակման առիթով դեկտեմբերի 15-ի երեկոյան հրավիրված արտահերթ նիստի գրանցումից ԲՀԿ խմբակցության 11 պատգամավորների բացակայության փաստով:
Չե՞ն ուզում հետաքրքրվել, թե իրավունք չունեն:
Եւ հետո, ինչու՞ էին ոչ իշխանական եռյակի ներկայացուցիչները դեկտեմբերի 15-ին 44 պատգամավորի ստորագրությամբ շրջանառության մեջ դնում բռնության դեպքերի վերաբերյալ ԱԺ որոշման նախագիծ, որն ակնհայտորեն ոչ միայն չէր անցնելու, այլեւ նույնիսկ չէր քննարկվելու եւ քվեարկվելու ԱԺ նիստում:
Սա կրկին ասում եմ ի պատասխան այն մեկնաբանությունների, թե ի՞նչ իմաստ ունի իմպիչմենտի գործընթաց հարուցել, եթե այն չի անցնելու: Եթե այն, ինչ սեպտեմբեր-հոկտեմբերին հարթակներից ասում էին ոչ իշխանական եռյակի ներկայացուցիչները կապ ուներ իրականության հետ, իմպիչմենտի նախաձեռնությունը ոչ միայն կքննարկվեր ԱԺ լիագումար նիստում, այլեւ կստանար իշխանությունների համար անվերահսկելի ընթացք: Ի դեպ, ոչ իշխանական ուժերը դեռ հնարավորություն ունեն աջակցելու Սերժ Սարգսյանի իմպիչմենտի գործընթացին, որովհետեւ ինչպես ասել եմ, շուտով այն սովորական ընթացակարգով դնելու եմ շրջանառության մեջ:
Ինչ վերաբերում է քվորում ապահովելուն, վերջում չպարզվի հանկարծ, թե ոչ իշխանական ուժերի հիմնական անելիքը վերջին երկուսուկես տարիներին Սերժ Սարգսյանի համար քվորում ապահովելն է եղել: Ի վերջո նրանք բոյկոտում են շատ քիչ թվով քվեարկություններ, եւ մասնակցում քվեարկությունների ճնշող մեծամասնությանը:
Այսօր էլ անսպասելիորեն ԲՀԿ խմբակցության մեծաթիվ պատգամավորներ ներկայացել էին ԱԺ նիստի եւ նույնիսկ մասնակցեցին մի շարք քվեարկությունների:
