Դոլար-դրամ տատանումները գնալով շատ ծանր հետևանքներ են թողնում մեզանից յուրաքանչյուր վրա: Orer.am-ն այս թեմային շուրջ հարցազրույց է անցկացրել ԱԺ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Հակոբ Հակոբյանի (Կիլիկիայի Հակոբ) հետ: Ստորև ներկայացնում ենք հարցազրույցն ամբողջությամբ.
-Արդյո՞ք սպեկուլյատիվ գործոն չեք տեսնում դոլարի գնի «թռիչքի» հետ կապված:
-Ոչ, ես սպեկուլյատիվ գործոն չեմ տեսնում: Ես կարծում եմ, որ այս ամենը կապված է Ռուսաստանի հետ:
-Այսինքն, ԿԲ-ն չունի՞ այնքան գործիքակազմ, որպեսզի իրավիճակը կառավարելի դարձնի:
-Իհարկե ունի, իսկ կարողանում է կառավարելի դարձնել, թե ոչ, դա ես չեմ կարող ասել: Բայց համոզված եղաք, ցանկացած հայ մարդ, անկախ իր զբաղեցրած պաշտոնից, եթե կարողանա օգտակար լինի այս հարցում, ապա անշուշտ կանի, քանի որ սա բավականին ծանր վիճակի կարող է հասցնել մեր երկրին:
-Դուք` որպես գործարար, Ձեզ վրա ինչպե՞ս է անդրադարձել այս իրավիճակը:
-Շատ վատ է անդրադառնում, շատ ծանր: Ոչ միայն գործարարների վրա, այլ բոլորի վրա է ազդում: Մարդը, ով ունի դոլարային գործարք, կամ եթե Ռուսատանում է աշխատում, առաջ դոլարով էր գումար ուղարկում, իսկ հիմա ռուբլիով, դուք պատկերացնում եք չէ նրա վիճակը: Այսինքն` բոլորիս վրա է ազդում:
-Դուք համամի՞տ եք այն կարծիքին, որ այս ամենը կհանգեցնի կենսամակարդակի իջեցման, աղքատության ցուցանիշի բարձրացման:
-Եթե սա երկար տևի, միանշանակ, համամիտ եմ: Ես կարծում եմ, որ դեկտեմբերի վերջերին երևի կկայունանա, բայց սա իմ կարծիքն է: Բնականաբար, սա ինչ-որ մեկ օր կարգավորվելու է, որովհետև ոչ առաջին անգամ է, ոչ` վերջին, այնպես որ հուսանք, որ կկարգավորվի և շատ չենք տուժի: Բայց եթե երկար տևի, ապա բոլորս տուժվելու ենք: Ասածս այն է, որ սա ինչ-որ մարդկանց արած չէ, ոչ մեկ ինքն իրեն վատություն չի անի, որովհետև այս խնդրով բոլորս ենք տուժվում: Մեղավորներ պետք չէ փնտրել, ուղղակի պետք է սպասենք մինչև ամեն ինչ կարգավորվի: Հիմա շատ մեծ խուճապ կա, իսկ խուճապն ավելի վատթարացնում է վիճակը: Խուճապ չպետք է լինի, ճգնաժամ է, բնականաբար կկարգավորվի:
