Ֆինանսական շուկայի ներկա զարգացումները հիմնականում պայմանավորված են գլոբալ և տարածաշրջանային զարգացումներով, որոնք զերծ չեն ակնհայտ սպեկուլյատիվ տարրերից: Գլոբալ միտումների նման տարերային զարգացումների պարագայում ՀՀ կառավարությունը շարունակում է հավատարիմ մնալ լողացող փոխարժեքի որդեգրված քաղաքականությանը, ինչն անհրաժեշտ է տնտեսությունը երկարաժամկետ անկայունությունից զերծ պահելու համար: Կառավարությունն աջակցում է ֆինանսական համակարգի կայունությանն ուղղված Կենտրոնական բանկի ջանքերին և ձեռնարկում է բոլոր միջոցառումները՝ ֆինանսական համակարգի բնականոն գործունեությունն ապահովելու, ՀՀ տնտեսվարողների և քաղաքացիների իրավունքներն ու շահերը պաշտպանելու համար: Բոլոր ավանդատուները պետք է վստահ լինեն, որ ՀՀ-ն ունի գործուն ավանդների երաշխավորման համակարգ, որ թե՛ կառավարությունը, թե՛ Կենտրոնական բանկը անում են և կանեն ամեն ինչ՝ քաղաքացիների ավանդների պաշտպանության համար: Այսօր ժամը 14:00-ին Կենտրոնական բանկի խորհուրդը հանրությանը կտա մանրամասն պարզաբանումներ ստեղծված իրավիճակի վերաբերյալ: Կառավարությունը մշտական կապի մեջ է նաև իր միջազգային գործընկերների հետ, և վստահ է, որ համատեղ ջանքերով և սառը դատողությամբ մենք կարող ենք ապահովել կայունություն թե՛ ֆինանսական, թե՛ ապրանքների շուկաներում՝ այդ թվում բացառելով սպառողական ապրանքների անհիմն թանկացումները:
