Այսօր՝ դեկտեմբերի 17-ին, AM իրավաբանական ընկերությունում պաշտոնապես բացվեց Հանրային իրավունքի եվրոպական կազմակերպության (EPLO) հայաստանյան մասնաճյուղը:
ՀԻԵԿ-ն ամբողջ աշխարհում իրավաբանների ավելի լավ սերնդի և ժողովրդավարական ինստիտուտների ստեղծման նպատակով հանրային իրավունքի lato sensu ոլորտում, ներառյալ, բայց առանց սահմանափակման, ինտեր ալիա ազգային, համեմատական և եվրոպական հանրային իրավունքի, մարդու իրավունքների և բնապահպանական իրավունքի ոլորտում գիտելիքների ստեղծմանն ու տարածմանը նվիրված միջազգային կազմակերպություն է:
Այն հիմնադրվել է 2007թ. Հունաստանում և արագորեն ընդլայնվում է:
Հանրային իրավունքի եվրոպական կազմակերպության տնօրենների խորհրդի նախագահ Սպիրիդոն Ֆլոգայդիսի խոսքով՝ Հայաստանը շատ ակտիվորեն և արդյունավետ ներգրավվեց ՀԻԵԿ-ի շարքերում: «Այսօր, մենք բացում ենք ՀԻԵԿ-ի մասնաճյուղը Հայաստանում, որը մեծ ազդեցություն կունենա ամբողջ տարածաշրջանի վրա իր գործուներությամբ և ծավալով: Մենք պատրաստ ենք ընդլայնելու և խորացնելու այս համագործակցությունը»,- ասաց Սպիրիդոն Ֆլոգայդիսը՝ վստահեցնելով, որ կազմակերպության հայաստանյան մասնաճյուղը արագ է զարգանալու մեծ պոտենցիալ ունի, քանի որ գնվում է փորձառուների ձեռքերում:
ՀԻԵԿ-ի հայաստանյան գրասենյակի տնօրեն Գրիգոր Մինասյանը նկատում է, որ Հայաստանն իր անկախության առաջին իսկ տարիներից մեծ ջանքեր է ներդրել եվրոպական իրավահամակարգին ինտեգրավելու համար, ինչն այսօր բերել է նրան, որ հայ իրավագետները դարձել են եվրոպական իրավական հանրույթի լիարժեք անդամներ:
Վերջինս տեղեկացրեց նաև, որ սա տարածաշրջանում միակ և առաջին մասնաճյուղն է:
«Այս մասնաճյուղի բացումը հնարավորություն կտա արդեն իսկ կայացած իրավագետներին սկսել և շարունակել համագործակցությունը մեր եվրոպական գործընկերների հետ: Հնարավորություն կտա երիտասարդ իրավաբաններին, ուսանողներին մասնակցել առաջատար համալսարաններում վերապատրաստման, մասնակցել եվրոպական և համաշխարհային առաջատար գիտաժողովների, երիտասարդ գիտնականներն արդեն կարող են իրենց հոդվածները տպագրել բարձրագույն որակավորման կողմից հաստատված միջազգային հանդեսներում»,- ասաց Գրիգոր Մինասյանը:
