Հայաստանյան վերջին թանկացումների և դրանց մեղավորների փնտրտուքի ֆոնին ստվերում մնաց մի մարդ, մի հրաշք անձնավորություն, ով անմիջապես պատասխանատու է այս գնային բարդակի կարգավորման և սուպերմարկետային սպեկուլացիաների կանխման համար: Այդ մարդը, իհարկե, Արտակ Շաբոյանն է` Տնտեսական մրցակցության պաշտպանության պետական հանձնաժողովի նախագահի նախագահը:
Սույն պարոնը այնքան հմտորեն է իջել ջրի հատակը, մինչև անցնի վտանգը, որ հերթական անգամ հարց է ծագում, թե ինչի համար է պետությունը հսկայական միջոցներ ծախսում, վճարում ադմինիստրացիայի և ներկայացուցչական ծախսերի համար, եթե տնտեսության համար կարևորագույն այս օրերին երկրի գլխավոր զսպման մեխանիզմներից մեկը անգործության է մատնված: Մինչ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը ընկել է դռնեդուռ և գնապիտակներ է փոխում՝ այս հանձնաժողովի ղեկավար պարոնը պարտավոր էր դա անել ճիշտ ժամանակին, որպեսզի առիթից օգտվելով ոմանք չթալանեին մարդկանց՝ առանց այդ էլ սուղ միջոցները:
Կարծեմ մարտին այս մարդու պաշտոնավարման ժամկետը լրանում է, և, անշուշտ, վերանշանակման հարց է առաջանում: Հիմա ի՞նչ նամուսով իշխանությունները պետք է նրան ՛՛վերաթագադրեն՛՛ իր պաշտոնին, եթե իր գործառույթների իրականացման ամենակարևոր փուլում սույն հանձնաժողովը անգործության և անկարողունակության դասական օրինակ է ցույց տալիս: Այն աստիճանի անգործության, որ որոշ ոլորտներում գնաճը գերազանցել է 150 տոկոսը, չնայած դոլարը թանկացել է 20-25 տոկոսով:
Ամենավառ օրինակը. Բժիշկ-ստոմատոլոգներից շատերը պնդում են, որ որպես հիմնական մատակարար օգտվում են վերոնշյալ խանութից, հավանաբար դա է պատճառը, որ խանութի սեփականտիրոջ թուրը կտրում է այնպես, ինչպես ինքն է ցանկանում: Թե ինչպես է ստացվում, որ մինչ պատվիրատուին հասնելն ապրանքը հասցնում է թանկանալ մի քանի անգամ՝ հավանաբար հայտնի է միայն Արտակ Շաբոյանին և իր ղեկավարած հանձնաժողովին...
Այնպես որ, իշխանությունները առաջիկայում առնվազն մեկ անելիք ունեն՝ պաշտոնանկ անել բոլոր նրանց, ում հանցավոր անգործության շնորհիվ մեր երկրի բնակչությունը զգալի կորուստներ կրեց և շարունակում է կրել:
